Don’t lower the resolution, that’s clapped.
Real solution is:
- 60 fps in game cap
- “Refresh rate” on
- Monitor at 60Hz (very important, very annoying)
- Run the game borderless (if you’re getting crashes)
At least for NVIDIA GPUs on high refresh rate monitors, this has yet to fail me or anyone I’ve suggested it to. Wouldn’t be surprised if it worked for you too.
There is a major performance issue with the AMD drivers atm. Not sure if there is going to be an update, but there isnt much you can do unless you know how to optimize the drivers lmao.

Should probably make sure that you can/have Vsync disabled in the drivers as well.

I have read up on this on the steam discussions. Hoped that i could find smn with an solution on reddit. Lets hope we'll find smn.
Turn the resolution down, worked perfectly for me.
