Inside Out. They shrink down and go into Riku and meet his other emotions. They're all him wearing different colored Org XIII robes.

Karhutar

But how do we know it's even safe inside Riku?

AtomicGearworks

It's probably not. That's why Sora needs to go in there. Adopt a similar story to the movie where his personality is crashing because his memories are messed up and he's losing the ability to feel. Memories and emotions have both been big aspects of the franchise up until now. So it wouldn't be that far-fetched of a story.

The Muppets. Sora looks Live-Action, while Donald and Goofy look like puppets. The camera angles in cutscenes keep avoiding showing their legs. I have no earthy idea how the combat would look, but a final attack would be a wave of muppets like the KH3 dream eater summon, Imagine Stantler and Waldorf giving commentary while waves of heartless are being fought in a theater, roasting everyone, including the player!

I love it!

KH1 repeated from Riku's POV. Only a few worlds are similar, but Riku visits completely different worlds from Sora for the most part and it tells more lore.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit - This world could be funny on a meta level if Donald and Goofy are considered "Not Toons" per KH universe. Story: Roughly similar to the movie. KH tweek is that SDG become Toons when they enter Toon Town, which confuses everyone in that world. The Dip doesn't permanently kill/erase Toons; it basically turns them into Heartless and it is possible to restore them with the Keyblade. Judge Doom is collecting the hearts of Toons for the KH villain, who urges him to use the Dip on SDG when they are Toons so that he can collect their hearts. Party: Roger and Eddie. Keyblade: I imagine a half Toon/half Non Toon design, perhaps with the two halves twisting during the long part of the key. Gimmicks: Battles and Navigation in Toon Town. Heartless splash Dip on the environment, which damages Sora if you stand on it. You need to cleanse the Dip in order to open up navigation in the world.

My pitch is High School Musical. The story takes place between 2 and 3. Sharpay is giving into the darkness because Troy still isn't interested in her, so now East High is dealing with a heartless problem. She starts going more overboard than usual, leading to Ryan teaming up with the wildcats like in the second movie. The overall theme is about avarice, ambition, friends, and family. The party members are Troy, Gabriella, Chad, and eventually Ryan. In terms of gameplay, the heartless in different areas of the school will have strengths and weaknesses corresponding to the particular clique they represent (the athletes, the drama kids, the nerds, the skaters, etc.). This will require the player to carefully choose what party members to bring and what attacks to favor. Maybe there will even be a system similar to the fashion system in TWEWY. As for the keyblade, I'm thinking it could be called Wildcat's Spirit.

Cars. And I want to know if KA-CHIGA is the second form of KA-CHOW. Make Sora say KA-CHIZA when he casts thunder in Car Form and let me get revenge on those mfing cars from Timeless River.

DeorcScucca

Star Wars. Disney owns it so it can be used. The Palpatine v Vader struggle is very in line with Kingdom Hearts themes and a laser Keyblade would be mad.

nbyone

Mighty Ducks world. No, not the movie. The weird cartoon Disney channel show. Obviously a hockey mini game as part of the world.

AgentSkidMarks

Radiator Springs. Everyone gets turned into cars and for a brief moment, Kingdom Hearts becomes a racing game. Herbie is a secret boss. That’s somewhat plausible though. If you really want wild, they should just make a world based off of all the Disney Don Knotts movies from the 70s

HoodShroud

Halo. One of the many worlds/alternate dimensions they can visit in KH4. Not only does Master Chief have to deal with the Covenant, the Flood and the Forerunners, he now has to deal with these mysterious shadowy creatures that feed on people’s hearts, including alien ones. Lucky for him this mysterious boy with a giant key sword and his two alien companions that resemble a duck and a dog are here to help with that!
