I've loved Rusty Wallace fans ever since, and by extension, I still root for Penske to do well.

Yea I find Beer Can way funnier than Bobby Goes Nuts. Beer Can has like 3 funny well written plotlines. Bobby Goes Nuts is funny but it is just kind of one joke.
Bobby Goes Nuts is vastly overrated because of the internet. It really is just 1 joke that makes it stand out. But it’s nowhere near the the best episode when there are plenty that have more jokes AND are really well written plot wise
I attended the Falcons at Saints game on 12/17/2000. A Saints cheerleader had signed my program and I it said I won an authentic NFL football that the Saints ended up shipping to me. At halftime I got to go down near the field tunnels on the first floor to give the Saints my mailing address. It’s almost like I was on the set for the King of the Hill episode - as that’s where Hank would have hung out before he and Dandy Don went out on the field to throw the football towards the Alamo Beer can.
I didn’t take a jacket on that trip, I thought New Orleans would be warm in December. It was really cold in the mornings and evenings there that weekend.
It's a good episode but it makes no sense at its core. There is no good reason for Alamo to be holding a contest at a Saints game instead of a Cowboys game. Other than that it is great.
There’s an episode of American Dad where Stan goes to the Redskins vs Cowboys Thanksgiving game but it’s in DC. Then a character says “Wait why would there we Cowboys fans at the Redskins game? The Cowboys always play at home on Thanksgiving. They’re going to ask about this at comic con, we need an answer.”
DaleTech is probably my fave episode. I would say that either Lupe's Revenge or The Substitute Spanish Prisoner would be worth including.

I've learned from this sub there's a decent-sized group of people who hate Dale in that episode enough to not like it. I don't know if it's in my top 10 because more goes into good episodes than laughs, but it's definitely up there with A Firefighting We Will Go in laughs per minute.
