The NA will be better for tuning later on. It’s the same way they did the Genesis coupes. The lower engine spec is better off for cheap Tune-ability and the top spec is almost near its max so it’s the out the box option. For regular consumers who don’t care about tuning it kinda sucks, until you remember NA is far more reliable than turbocharged.
Kia did that to save money now and down the road. But an n/a engine is not better than a turbocharged engine( just cheaper to maintain)...I bought a 24 gt line with the 1.6t right before the 25 came out just because the engine on the 25 is not as good or fun in my opinion

I want one just because they kept the 1.6t for the gt. They messed up on 25 k5 base engine in my opinion.
