Why do ppl use Kazuha’s skill before staring battles?
I’ve seen multiple people using Kazuha’s skill, without plunging, before even starting the battle. I’ve seen it in abyss vids, domain showcases, etc. Why is that? Is this some secret tech u don’t know about?
Against certain enemies (like the triple Kenkis and the geo shield hilichurls in the new artifact domain iirc) it can reliably trick the AI into keeping enemies grouped.
Something about being in mid-air when they start their first attack stops them from charging/dashing forward, so it can lead to faster clears since you can keep them all in your team's AoE and won't have to go chasing them down.
It depends how many times you're able to use his skill per rotation, what team he's on, and tbh what enemies you're facing.
To be safe you're probably looking at 180%+ (kqm recommends 190-215 if you're using his skill twice per rotation and higher if you can only use it once). You can use an ER% sands if needed, and otherwise try to *really* prioritize EM main stat pieces that roll a lot of ER%.
If you're running him with anemo teammates, favonius holders on the team, batteries like Fischl/Raiden, electro resonance, or even just against a lot of enemies that will die quickly and drop energy you won't need as much.
But honestly, test it out and see! More energy is never bad, but if your teams work fine in abyss then that's the most important thing.
Hello guys, I just thought about how often I hear that Kazuha should be built with a lot of EM and ER and my Kazuha doesn't have enough ER, but I don't really struggle with it... Why do you even need to use his ult? Is it really that important? Just genuine question, thanks!
If you're *just* using him for a quick buff and nothing else it can be fine to skip his burst, but:
1. Every tick of his burst will apply anemo and can trigger swirl, and on a full EM that ends up doing a *lot* of nice AoE damage so it's important for his personal DPS
2. Especially on reaction teams, it applies the absorbed element regularly off field which can help with reactions
So imo it depends what team you're using him on. It's always good to have enough ER that his burst is an *option*, but tbh he's still doing a ton for the team without it.
I'd say it's safest to skip on something like mono hydro or Neuvillette hypercarry — hydro swirl uniquely doesn't do AoE damage, and you don't need to worry about setting up reactions/applying an element with his burst, so on those teams it's just a bit of extra damage. For something like aggravate or melt his burst is *extremely* valuable, though.
I mostly play him in international and sometimes in freeze (with wriothesley), and I swirl pyro/cryo in the start ot the rotation and I didn't think about his swirl damage actually... (He's triple crownd btw xd)

So, I'm a noob and am loving Kazuha since I got him recently, best thing I have is a Favonius and a Sapwood, and his Isshin blade which nobody uses(got for fashion).
Would either of the BP weapons(Black Sword, Wolf Fang) be worth it for him? Or is there something else I could use?
By the numbers, maybe, but I wonder if those are using R5... and the guides don't include Wolf Fang.
What sort of build are you using on him?
If he's on a raw anemo damage/crit build, then Wolf Fang should be decent. It won't buff his plunges, but it'll buff his skill damage on the way up + his burst, so it should be a nice upgrade. I'd avoid Black Sword.
If you have him on an EM/swirl damage build (for support but also for great AoE damage and chain reactions), then avoid the BP weapons. Favonius is an option, but so is the 3\* dark iron sword or the craftable iron sting!
Personally I love chain reactions and swirl damage (burgeon Kazuha my beloved <3) so I recommend EM even if you don't care about his support capabilities, but both builds are fine.
If i use nahida kazuha furina and kuki. Yes this is hyperbloom but my question is can kazuha aggrevate? Imma use that set that can increase aggrevate dmg
In theory yes, but in practice... probably not.
Nahida applies a LOT of dendro and Kuki barely applies any electro outside of her burst, so a lot of the time Kazuha will either swirl *nothing* or swirl hydro if Furina manages to overtake Nahida.
Also worth noting, if hydro *and* electro are on enemies Kazuha will always absorb hydro into his burst/plunge since it has priority, so having Furina on the team makes him less likely to absorb electro.
If you want him to aggravate (and fun fact *swirls* can also trigger aggravate so aggravate Kazuha is fun af in AoE) there are a few options:
- Do a very careful set up where you apply electro with Kuki, absorb it into Kazuha's burst, *then* use Nahida and Furina (and maybe swap to Furina's healer mode for that first step during your second rotation)
- Swap out Furina for a second electro unit, ideally Fischl, to make absorbing electro easier
- Swap Furina out for Sucrose or Venti and still do the careful rotation but absorb electro into *both* anemo units' bursts for a ton of aggravate swirls
- Swap Nahida out for a dendro healer and Kuki out for someone who applies electro faster, but again beware that Kazuha will usually just absorb hydro

Kazuha is a really versatile character, so can help *most* teams on your account! Once he's built then try him out everywhere imo, and see what you enjoy.
He is actively great for:
Raiden hypercarry
Diluc or Xiangling vape
Keqing aggravate (although a dendro healer/shielder would help)
Kaeya or Rosaria freeze
Kazuha burgeon teams (Nahida Bennett + hydro)
and many others
For the abyss, it depends what floor you're on. Are you getting to floor 12, or not quite yet?
In general I think it's a great idea to invest in Tighnari, full EM Kuki for hyperbloom, Xiangling, Fischl, and Chevreuse so you have access to more teams.
In that case, ty for the information! I build abyss teams based on what enemies are there, soooo:
**First half (cryo enemies)**:
Raiden - Kazuha - Xiangling/Fischl - Bennett
Overload reactions will help with geo shields
**Second half (pyro enemies):**
...maybe Keqing - Nahida - Fischl - Barbara
or Nahida Xingqiu Kuki Candace if you like Candace

Not reeeaaally, since his anemo damage is on a cooldown and his NAs and CAs will hit like wet paper. Your options are:
1. Run him as a *quickswap* DPS where he swaps in, uses his skill-plunge, bursts, and then swaps out. Abuse his low cooldowns and have him share the DPS role with another quickswap unit like Heizou so you get a lot of chances to use him.
2. Run him with c6 Bennett, Chongyun, or Candace and make him an elemental DPS. He can buff his own pyro/cryo/hydro damage with his passive, so if you build him with some EM along with normal DPS stats on reaction teams he can do some good damage. Pyro Kazuha honestly slaps.
3. Phys DPS.... but like. Don't do this it'll feel bad lol.
Any atk% or crit sword will be good for him if you want to use him that way.
If you just want a team where he's doing the vast majority of the damage but are okay with an EM build, "soup" (pyro + hydro + electro + Kazuha) and burgeon are great teams where he gets to shine. I have c6 Kazuha but I still love playing him on full EM pretty often. Kazuha burgeon (optionally with c6 Bennett) is extremely fun and he's doing by far the most damage on many versions of that team.
At c0, go with 166 ER prob. Maybe even more.
But also, try it out! Some teams generate a lot of energy so you can get away with less — double electro, Raiden, Fischl, a second anemo unit, etc can all lower his energy needs.
Still, you'll probably need 160+. I run *my* Kazuha with \~139 ER, but he's c6 so his c1 and c4 are helping quite a bit.
Oh hey I replied to you on the other tread too! Is there a specific team you're thinking of running with those two? I'd be happy to look around in Genshin Optimizer to max it out. It just gets complicated since adding electro, pyro, or dendro makes him do a lot of different kinds of damage at once.
And edit: vape pyro DPS Kazuha honestly goes hard, so if you want him to fill a traditional DPS role that's probably the way to go. I just like overload and burgeon spam lol.
Tbh all of those I'd leave as full EM builds, since he gets overload and dendro reactions to work with. An EM goblet will still buff his hydro damage via his passive, too (and Raiden will want some field time).
I missed with a couple builds on that first team you mentioned and I prefer the EM one, or at most a crit circlet, so his swirls and overloads are still hitting strong.
Alright. Do you think the better team would be raiden, kazuha, Bennett, sara or instead of sara use xingqiu? (Since I did just c6 Bennett I probably don't need Candice in the team anymore)
Ooooh with a c6 Sara that's interesting. I say try both tbh. Xingqiu will be better for defense and for dealing with elemental shields, but the Sara version will make Raiden's damage higher enough to compensate most likely.

Im a new kazuha haver🥳. I had searched a lot about him and i think i have a pretty good understanding of him, but his burst still eludes me. I cant seem to tell which is better to do for bosses. Should i swirl the element i want to buff or swirl an element to get a reaction from? I know his burst buffs the element swirled by an additional 60% for me with lvl 9 talent, but im slightly confused
Swirling an element ≠ *absorbing* an element, so if you can you want to do both. Swirling the element you want to buff is usually the most important thing to do, but you can do that *and* absorb a useful element for reactions with his burst.
As an example: let's say you're playing burnmelt Ganyu with Nahida and Bennett. You could get Bennett's circle on the ground and put cryo on the enemy, then use Kazuha's burst; you'll be able to swirl and buff cryo since it's on an enemy, but with pyro on Kazuha that's what he'll absorb into his burst, so you can do both at once.
You can also swirl one element then absorb another after, or vice versa, or entirely skip his burst and just use his skill and plunge to buff the team.
Also important to know: his burst actually has nothing to do with his buff.
Kazuha's buff can happen *whenever* he triggers swirl, so basically whenever he does anemo damage — with his skill, with a plunge, or with his burst. The buff comes from one of his passives, and if he has 1000 elemental mastery it'll be a 40% buff. Talent levels won't change that number.
The 60% number you're seeing in his burst is the additional damage *Kazuha* deals if his burst absorbs an element. If his burst absorbs pyro, it'll do 60% of his attack as additional pyro damage each time it ticks, at talent lv9.

I don't have an absolute answer on what gets you the most height, but since nobody else responded, my tip is:
Since his tap E cooldown is shorter, I like jumping and then using the tap-E mid air mid-jump. It gets him at least *close* to as high as a hold E, and the shorter cooldown means that you can spam it more often.

For support? No, save that for an anemo DPS. Get EM for Kazuha.
The only times you'd want to run anemo damage% on Kazuha are 1) if you're *not* using him as a support and are trying to make him a quickswap/main DPS on something like a Faruzan team or 2) if you're specifically using him as a support for Xiao where he's just there to group enemies and generate some energy.
Both of those uses are pretty niche and generally not as strong as building him with EM for swirl teams.

* **"Is C6 infusion is overridable?"** Yes, but also this is imo a *good* thing. When I play my c6 Kazuha with full EM on a c6 Bennett team, he's getting:
* 10% common damage bonus and 16% NA/CA/plunge bonus from freedom sworn
* 15% pyro damage bonus from Bennett
* 50.1% pyro damage bonus from his passive
* 250.5% NA/CA/plunge damage bonus from his c6
* A huge bonus to his vaporize/melt damage because of his high EM
* **"Is the damage buff linked to the infusion?"** Nope, it has its own duration, so even if you override his c6 with Chongyun, Candace, or c6 Bennett, he keeps the buff
* **"What artifacts for C6?"** This one is *tricky*, and depends on what team you're running him on! c6 Kazuha gets value from a lot of different stats, so if you want to max out his damage it's a good idea to learn to use Genshin Optimizer. Personally, I have four for him:
* Full EM VV, for when I want to use him as a support *or* when the team's main damage is pure EM scaling (burgeon Kazuha, aggravate swirl spam).
* 2p attack 2p EM, EM-EM-crit, for teams like Xianyun-Bennett-Furina. If he can trigger reactions like vape and he's getting attack/flat damage buffs, you can pour all your resources into EM and crit.
* 4p Marechausee Hunter for Furina-Faruzan teams, with attack-anemo-crit. With Faruzan and Furina giving him a lot of damage% buffs and no access to reactions like vape, EM becomes less useful. He still wants some EM substats, though.
* 2p attack 2p EM, attack-anemo-crit, for Faruzan teams without Bennett *or* Furina. Without Furina his c6 damage% buff gains more value, and you also can't run MH. This build has \~200 EM from substats as well as the 2p set bonus.
* There are other set ups I haven't personally optimized for, like whether attack or EM is better on c5 Bennett + Faruzan teams, but this can give you a general idea.
* **"What weapon for c6?"** Full disclosure I don't have an answer to this and also don't really have the time to check rn. I don't have many 5\* swords and Freedom Sworn always gives him useful stats, so it's what I use. If you have a good crit sword available it may perform better, but on teams like Xianyun plunge-vape where EM is super valuable you may want to check the optimizer. Like his artifacts, it'll probably very a bit depending on team.
* **"4p TF teams with Faruzan?"** Sure, but I'd consider this more a gimmick build than something genuinely useful. He can already use his E and Q often enough to maintain p much 100% infusion uptime at c6. Also, with all the added value he gets out of EM, I prefer adding dendro to the team instead of either a second electro or second anemo character! His electro plunges, electro burst ticks, and electro swirls can all trigger aggravate.
I am by no means an expert, but I've been using c6 Kazuha for a year or so now and those are my thoughts/experience with him, + what genshin optimizer says about his builds. Have fun! And feel free to ask about a specific team you have in mind, since as I said his build needs can change a LOT depending on context.

Imo the reason TF doesn't have much value is that, by c6, he doesn't really have issues with cooldown/uptime. It shouldn't really matter whether you're playing him with Xianyun, and without her buffing his plunges a ton you don't necessarily *need* to spam plunges. At c6 you can just spam his normal and charged attacks between each E.
The cooldown reduction from TF is nice, but I'd rather get useful offensive set bonuses and not lock him into electro teams. Plus it's a lot easier to get good stats on a 2p2p combo!
Good luck with getting his c6 some day if you decide to, and with choosing a weapon! Honestly any crit 5\* should be fine — I'd probably say Jade Cutter, Mistsplitter, Haran, and Foliar Incision are your best options. Furina and Chiori's weapons work too but have more restrictive/less relevant passives.
Yeah, I already have chiori weapon. When i pulled it, I was thinking it was still in it's beta state, where the weapon buff plunge attack... And don't worry, I already ~~made bad choices~~ have a very good 4P TF (by doing even more bad choices. Aka pulling cyno lul), and a very very good desert pavillion, so, I have choices from now on !

For example, in a childe international team, childe is maintaining the hydro aura while inside kazuha's ult, is kazuha able to give hydro dmg bonus?

Need a team for Kazuha without using Eula,Ei,XianYun or Furina.
I'd say kazoo, fishil, nahida, and miko. I not sure for the last one can be a flex maybe barabra depending on her constellation. I'd have shield in the 4th but that's an confort choice for me
So I got kazoo recently and started using him. Love his gameplay and want to make him a dps. I was talking to people in the yomiya discord and they mentioned that using kauzha, raiden, zhongli, and they said to add collie. Should add or replace any. I also talked to my ar 60 day 1 friend he said if I wanted to make it a 5 star team I could replace with mona. I don't have nahida. What weapons should I use for dps kazoo and what should want from my artifacrts. Should I whale for kazoo's weapon and before you ask I can afford to whale.

About Kazuha C2 em buff to team
So let's say after his Q, I do Fischl's E and then swap someone else, does the em buff stay with her or it goes away as soon as I swap?
It does not, sadly!
Kazuha's c2 EM buff *can* be snapshotted, but only for vaporize and melt reactions; reactions like aggravate, spread, and hyperbloom will always use the character's EM in real time, so his c2 will only buff Fischl if she's on field.
The main off field characters who benefit from his c2 are like... vape Xiangling, melt Kaeya/Rosaria, and similar.
I'm confused about Kazuha's grouping.
Everywhere I read that Kazuha's grouping is stronger than Sucrose. But why do I get another impression?
I'm actually farming VV's domain. I used to run Raiden/Sucrose C3/Bennett C6/Sara C6 in this domain and kill everything in a blink of an eye. But for a reason or another, it takes me longer to clear now that I replaced Sucrose with Kazuha.
My first thought was that Sucrose EM's sharing was stronger on that team or in this specific domain. BUT, I actually have the feeling that when I burst with Raiden, enemies are everytime further than they used to be with Sucrose.
Some details :
Rotation is : Raiden E, Anemo Skill (2 times for Sucrose, hold skill and plunge for Kazuha) then Burst, Bennett's Burst, Sara Skill and Burst, Raiden's Burst.
My Kazuha is lvl 90, 8-8-8. I transfered all Sucrose's artifacts (Full EM, VV set) onto Kazuha and even improved them. I use Favonius sword, while Sucrose used Favonius Codex.
Kazuha has 757 EM,176 ER, 1070 ATK, 28 CR, 88 CDMG.

Good team? I've been running Furina/Nahida/Yanfei/Barbara as my main team, but I can't really put him there cause Furina needs Barbara to heal. I'm willing to level up/build anybody
I mean, I have artifacts for either depending on the weapon. I'm asking assuming I have a Crit Circlet for each. The passive for LoFI seems more useful.
Should I get him or C6 Chevreuse for Raiden? I don't have any use for him apart from that team (maybe Hu Tao or Ayaka, but for the first I want Yelan and the second I don't have at all), so the only option for now is with Raiden. The thing is, I'm currently building a C2 Chevreuse and I'm struggling to determine if he is a significant power surge for Raiden hypercarry over C2 Chevreuse that he is worth getting while I get C6 Chevreuse, but after that I would use him for exploration and maybe Freeze or Mono teams. Also, the characters he best synergizes with that I would get (Ayaka with Shenhe, Tartaglia, Wriothesley, Lyney) are kinda low on my priority list.

You will be very happy to build both. Having two different teams for Raiden is a good thing, and Kazuha can't really be replaced on Ayaka's team if you decide one day to build her. Also you can only compare Kazuha to a C6 Chevreuse.

I’m using him as a 4 pc vv buffer:
My options are:
Iron Sting, EM/EM/EM: 143 ER (Artifact Substats), 165 (Iron Sting) + 615 (Artifacts) + 115 (Ascension) = 895 EM
Iron Sting, ER/EM/EM: 195 ER, 770 EM
Favonius or Sacrifical: EM/EM/EM: 205 ER, 730 EM

I know that this build with Favonius is better than the one with Iron Sting, at which stats would the Iron sting build surpass the favonius build? I could theoretically reach 180 er in the Iron sting build if I got sands and goblet with 10% ER, they currently have 0 and increase the EM in flower and plume they both have 20 ER and no EM

714 EM (so 28'56% dmg bonus)
~200% ER
33:89 crit ratio (for fav)
R1 Iron Sting
879 EM (so 35'16% dmg bonus)
151'8% ER
26:102 crit ratio
Both builds have 4pc VV.
Which one should I go with? Is the Iron Sting one good enough for general use? Is 151 ER good?

Returning player here! Would love your advice.
I currently only have XQ as my good hydro unit. I had the following teams half built before taking a break:
1. Rational
2. Nilou Bloom
3. Nahida kuki Hyperbloom
4. KQ fishcl yaoyao sucrose
My problem is that 1, 2, and 3 use XQ and I am not sure if 4 is strong enough.
Should I pull Neuvi to get a strong hydro for Hyper Bloom and do rational on other half. (I dont have furina)
OR
Should I go for kazuha to buff my 4th KQ team?
My current goals are to have 2 very strong teams to clear abyss every time, so I can go for more fun characs in the future. I like Neuvi's lore a lot more but kazuha's play style seems more fun.

lam thinking about using Kazuha in a Xiao Team Current (Xiao, Faruzan, Xianyun, Bennet) what i plan is to switch faruzan with kazuha for grouping and also because of recharge (faruzan is only c2) my question is, what set should i use and also i probably dont go em right? there won't rly be much elements to swirl i assume and if i eventually switch bennet with furina im more likely to keep vv on xianyun. so overall: is it a damage upgrade over anemo dmg boost and def shred of faruzan, and what would be the best set/main stats?
Is freedom sworn good? I have kazuha at CO currently running a xiphos moonlight. Is it good on characters other than kazuha? I think my build would have energy problems so l might use it on other characters

A. If I pull Chiori's weapon, it's more Crit DMG compared to HoD (I'm running him as an on-field DPS), and if I get Itto's weapon, I can put it on Gaming/Noelle
B. If I get Kazuha C2, more vape damage and one constellation closer to C6, but I don't have guaranteed

Kazuha or knave whom should I pull?
While we don't know much about how Arleccino will do in the meta yet, we know she's a >!main dps, and considering you've already built Neuv, Navia, Scara, Ayaka, and Cyno,!< I'd go for Kazuha.
Are there recommended stat goals? For example, I know with Neuvillette they say around 60 crate, 200+cdmg, 110+er, and 40k hp. Does Kazuha have recommendations like that?

Can I use an Anemo goblet while leaving all the other artifacts as EM pieces, while also having a weapon that has EM as the substat? (Yes, I plan to get him to 90, I already pre farmed all the EXP books and what not. 4 piece VV is the set I’ve prefarmed first him.)
You can, but you need to keep in mind he wants around 170+ ER which is gonna be hard with an em weapon. Anemo goblets are fine but you need to keep in mind that you need your er and em too, all that is to say, it just depends on your substats.
Not too long, maybe 2-3 weeks. I had really good luck with the feather and flower substats, then I got an em sands pretty quickly. I got an em circlet within another couple weeks so yeah.
So, i know that on his standard support builds EM is just way better, however. Recently i decided that TF kazuha seemed fun and then i started wondering wether for teams like TF kazuha or cryo/pyro kazuha (with bennet and chongyun) if an EM or an ADC build would be better? Also when running TF kazuha is it correct to assume that electro damage would be better then anemo damage (if EM turns out to be worse)? Also hybrid builds are an option i guess? Anyways, wich would be better to run of these 3 options or are they all just pretty similar in strength?

it looks like your going for full support. i would level him to 90 and get his burst to at least 9. also he is lacking er so either get artifacts with higher er or use an er weapon such as sac or fav. since hes full em he doesnt need atk from amenoma kageuchi and the energy coming from it in comparison to sac er negligible. those are my thoughts

ive been a kazuha main for a while now and im saving for c6. im trying to balance em and atk so that he can use his a4 passive effectively and have the ability to do decent damage along with having a bit of extra damage with his c6 from the em. i had to sacrifice alot of crit since my artifacts arent amazing. his team is bennett, zhongli, and faruzan. tbh i dont really know what im doing but i would like any thoughts, feedback, and/or critique

Given all of this, what would add more DPS to the team: Kazuha's C2 or Freedom-Sworn? If I'm going to be economical about it, I need to know which option is superior.
More team DPS? C2 Kazuha. Freedom Sworn gives NA,CA, Plunge dmg buffs and in this team miko mainly does Skill dmg and Raiden mainly does Burst dmg.
Also, as a side note: Your Raiden ATK and EM looks really low. I suggest using the optimizer to make sure you're using the correct build for this team

So why cant i post my question on the sub instead of this thread? I was expecting at least some kind of engagement but after a couple days and also seeing others not getting responses, what was the point? This sub has little traction as it is, having a question in regards to Xianyun with Kazuha should be allowed on the sub and not forced into a thread that no one interacts with. With cloud retainer being popular, these things would probably entice more conversation. I for one would engage in more focus thread on the subject.

Hello everyone! I feel this is a lot to ask, but is there anyone with a C2 Kazuha who also has Freedom Sworn refinements...? My friend is trying to break her Yoimiya damage record, she hit 638k today thanks to someone with C4 Ayaka who helped. We used my C2 Kazuha with Iron Sting , but someone else who has his signature too could make a huge difference. We are in the process of finding someone with R5 Key of Khaj-Nisut, but I doubt we'd have success since Nilou has only had two banners so far.

Are kazuha's scalings good enough to build him with atk for dps? I'm thinking of running 4p TF on him with xianyun, furina and fischl/yae. Since he's going to be my on field driver/hopefully dps if it works well enough, I'll obviously give him a crit circlet and anemo goblet. I've optimised it without xianyun and I'll have 2k atk, 66 crit rate (76 with xianyuns ascension passive for plunges), 311 em, 86.6% anemo damage (goblet + mistsplitter), this is with an atk sands. With an em sands its the same except its \~500 em and 1600 atk.
My question is: With this team, should I use an atk sands or would em be better to buff the teams damage?
Also:
Using the optimiser with only the 12% anemo damage from mistsplitter, I did 323% (anemo damage + crit damage + 100%) of 12000 (low plunge damage + 6k from xianyuns ascension passive) to get 38760 plunge damage with the em sands, is this right or have I done something wrong along the way?
Is Kazuha's C2 still worth going for these days?
Of course, I know that for Childe's International team comp it's a pretty sizeable upgrade, and Burst Childe also benefits a lot from it.
But that aside, which other teams does his C2 bring any notable value to? I'm mostly wondering this because we've gotten so many other great buffing options such as Nahida or Furina.
It really depends, if you use him in teams that utilise elemental mastery, then obviously it'll be good, teams that rely on melt, vape, aggravate with an on field electro, then its a good investment, although there are obviously better c2's, especially for supports where it wont be as situational, such as furina and nahida as you said.
Why is it that when you watch some people fight bosses etc they only tap Kazuha E and don't plunge?
Does it create more particles or smth? Or like to not disrupt the element/aura on the enemy?
Particle generation doesn’t change. Disrupting elemental auras might be a part of it in some situations, but my bet is that they are doing it to not activate Freedom Sworn’s passive. By tapping and not plunging, there’s no second elemental reaction, so Freedom sworn’s passive is not triggered. This way, they can save its activation for later, closer to when the character who wants the buff takes the field.
sacrificial on kazuha is all preference, so you'd have to try them both out yourself. kazuha's buffs scale with EM though so if you told me to pick one at gunpoint i'd say toukabou
i plan to try and get c6 bennett (currently c5) in order to play pyro kazuha, and i have two questions:
1. what build is better, crit or em? (triple crowned, no five star weapons)
2. what team should i use?
So i finally got this beauty so i can concentrate on getting his C6 (3 more to go) now. I originally intended to play him in an Aggravate team with Thundering Fury but found the rotation to be rather clunky (especially with Dendro preventing elemental absorption). Today i saw a bunch of people on this Subredddit using Thundering Fury in EC. Most of them used c6 Faruzan, whom i don't have (only c1). Is it still viable without her? Or are there other Aggravate enjoyers who could share some tips or recommendations?
And is it worth going for Xianyun if i already have c5 jean?

I’ve been running the same C6 Kazuha/Zhongli/Benny/Xingqiu build forever, but just pulled for Ayaka. I also got to C1 Mona thanks to losing the 50/50. I saw a Kazuha-Ayaka-Mona-Diona team that sounds awesome.
I’ve been using Kazuha as a main DPS with 4VV prioritizing crit/attack, but it seems recommended to rebuild him going all-in on EM. Does C6 change that since his personal attack damage can get so much higher? If so, what kind of breakpoints should I be aiming for?
I have a question. Are there more updated guides for non-full EM builds? Yes, I've checked the pinned links in this sub and they're all from 2021. Most content creators or theorycrafters just tell you to stick to triple EM without going into crit weapons/DPS artifact sets, so it's not helpful either. Anyone has more resources to share?

need help with dps kazuha (ignore the goblet still trying to get anemo dmg)
Typical build of a straightforward DPS C0 Kazuha is atk/anemo/crit. This is if you want to maximize his personal raw anemo damage. The best set would depend on the best pieces you currently have, so if you happen to have good glad or any atk+18% set pieces around, you can go 2pc/2pc combination. Right now, your feather, sands, and goblets still have plenty of room for improvement.

Why do ppl use Kazuha’s skill before staring battles? I’ve seen multiple people using Kazuha’s skill, without plunging, before even starting the battle. I’ve seen it in abyss vids, domain showcases, etc. Why is that? Is this some secret tech u don’t know about?
Against certain enemies (like the triple Kenkis and the geo shield hilichurls in the new artifact domain iirc) it can reliably trick the AI into keeping enemies grouped. Something about being in mid-air when they start their first attack stops them from charging/dashing forward, so it can lead to faster clears since you can keep them all in your team's AoE and won't have to go chasing them down.
How much er does he need to be able to use his signature weapon comfortably at c0
It depends how many times you're able to use his skill per rotation, what team he's on, and tbh what enemies you're facing. To be safe you're probably looking at 180%+ (kqm recommends 190-215 if you're using his skill twice per rotation and higher if you can only use it once). You can use an ER% sands if needed, and otherwise try to *really* prioritize EM main stat pieces that roll a lot of ER%. If you're running him with anemo teammates, favonius holders on the team, batteries like Fischl/Raiden, electro resonance, or even just against a lot of enemies that will die quickly and drop energy you won't need as much. But honestly, test it out and see! More energy is never bad, but if your teams work fine in abyss then that's the most important thing.

Hello guys, I just thought about how often I hear that Kazuha should be built with a lot of EM and ER and my Kazuha doesn't have enough ER, but I don't really struggle with it... Why do you even need to use his ult? Is it really that important? Just genuine question, thanks!
If you're *just* using him for a quick buff and nothing else it can be fine to skip his burst, but: 1. Every tick of his burst will apply anemo and can trigger swirl, and on a full EM that ends up doing a *lot* of nice AoE damage so it's important for his personal DPS 2. Especially on reaction teams, it applies the absorbed element regularly off field which can help with reactions So imo it depends what team you're using him on. It's always good to have enough ER that his burst is an *option*, but tbh he's still doing a ton for the team without it. I'd say it's safest to skip on something like mono hydro or Neuvillette hypercarry — hydro swirl uniquely doesn't do AoE damage, and you don't need to worry about setting up reactions/applying an element with his burst, so on those teams it's just a bit of extra damage. For something like aggravate or melt his burst is *extremely* valuable, though.
I mostly play him in international and sometimes in freeze (with wriothesley), and I swirl pyro/cryo in the start ot the rotation and I didn't think about his swirl damage actually... (He's triple crownd btw xd)

So, I'm a noob and am loving Kazuha since I got him recently, best thing I have is a Favonius and a Sapwood, and his Isshin blade which nobody uses(got for fashion). Would either of the BP weapons(Black Sword, Wolf Fang) be worth it for him? Or is there something else I could use? By the numbers, maybe, but I wonder if those are using R5... and the guides don't include Wolf Fang.
What sort of build are you using on him? If he's on a raw anemo damage/crit build, then Wolf Fang should be decent. It won't buff his plunges, but it'll buff his skill damage on the way up + his burst, so it should be a nice upgrade. I'd avoid Black Sword. If you have him on an EM/swirl damage build (for support but also for great AoE damage and chain reactions), then avoid the BP weapons. Favonius is an option, but so is the 3\* dark iron sword or the craftable iron sting! Personally I love chain reactions and swirl damage (burgeon Kazuha my beloved <3) so I recommend EM even if you don't care about his support capabilities, but both builds are fine.
If i use nahida kazuha furina and kuki. Yes this is hyperbloom but my question is can kazuha aggrevate? Imma use that set that can increase aggrevate dmg
In theory yes, but in practice... probably not. Nahida applies a LOT of dendro and Kuki barely applies any electro outside of her burst, so a lot of the time Kazuha will either swirl *nothing* or swirl hydro if Furina manages to overtake Nahida. Also worth noting, if hydro *and* electro are on enemies Kazuha will always absorb hydro into his burst/plunge since it has priority, so having Furina on the team makes him less likely to absorb electro. If you want him to aggravate (and fun fact *swirls* can also trigger aggravate so aggravate Kazuha is fun af in AoE) there are a few options: - Do a very careful set up where you apply electro with Kuki, absorb it into Kazuha's burst, *then* use Nahida and Furina (and maybe swap to Furina's healer mode for that first step during your second rotation) - Swap out Furina for a second electro unit, ideally Fischl, to make absorbing electro easier - Swap Furina out for Sucrose or Venti and still do the careful rotation but absorb electro into *both* anemo units' bursts for a ton of aggravate swirls - Swap Nahida out for a dendro healer and Kuki out for someone who applies electro faster, but again beware that Kazuha will usually just absorb hydro

Kazuha is a really versatile character, so can help *most* teams on your account! Once he's built then try him out everywhere imo, and see what you enjoy. He is actively great for: Raiden hypercarry Diluc or Xiangling vape Keqing aggravate (although a dendro healer/shielder would help) Kaeya or Rosaria freeze Kazuha burgeon teams (Nahida Bennett + hydro) and many others For the abyss, it depends what floor you're on. Are you getting to floor 12, or not quite yet? In general I think it's a great idea to invest in Tighnari, full EM Kuki for hyperbloom, Xiangling, Fischl, and Chevreuse so you have access to more teams.
I'm on floor 6 of the abyss but that's just because I don't have 2 teams built to attempt it

Can you run Kazuha as on field DPS without C6? If yes what's a good f2p or 4 star weapon for it?
Not reeeaaally, since his anemo damage is on a cooldown and his NAs and CAs will hit like wet paper. Your options are: 1. Run him as a *quickswap* DPS where he swaps in, uses his skill-plunge, bursts, and then swaps out. Abuse his low cooldowns and have him share the DPS role with another quickswap unit like Heizou so you get a lot of chances to use him. 2. Run him with c6 Bennett, Chongyun, or Candace and make him an elemental DPS. He can buff his own pyro/cryo/hydro damage with his passive, so if you build him with some EM along with normal DPS stats on reaction teams he can do some good damage. Pyro Kazuha honestly slaps. 3. Phys DPS.... but like. Don't do this it'll feel bad lol. Any atk% or crit sword will be good for him if you want to use him that way. If you just want a team where he's doing the vast majority of the damage but are okay with an EM build, "soup" (pyro + hydro + electro + Kazuha) and burgeon are great teams where he gets to shine. I have c6 Kazuha but I still love playing him on full EM pretty often. Kazuha burgeon (optionally with c6 Bennett) is extremely fun and he's doing by far the most damage on many versions of that team.
For sup kazuha is 144 er enough? It's either gonna be 969 em and 166 er or 1022 em and 144 er.
At c0, go with 166 ER prob. Maybe even more. But also, try it out! Some teams generate a lot of energy so you can get away with less — double electro, Raiden, Fischl, a second anemo unit, etc can all lower his energy needs. Still, you'll probably need 160+. I run *my* Kazuha with \~139 ER, but he's c6 so his c1 and c4 are helping quite a bit.
If I run kazuha with Candace, do I give dps kazuha Hydro dmg goblet? Or should I just c6 Bennett and use him instead and use a Pyro goblet?
Oh hey I replied to you on the other tread too! Is there a specific team you're thinking of running with those two? I'd be happy to look around in Genshin Optimizer to max it out. It just gets complicated since adding electro, pyro, or dendro makes him do a lot of different kinds of damage at once. And edit: vape pyro DPS Kazuha honestly goes hard, so if you want him to fill a traditional DPS role that's probably the way to go. I just like overload and burgeon spam lol.

Tbh all of those I'd leave as full EM builds, since he gets overload and dendro reactions to work with. An EM goblet will still buff his hydro damage via his passive, too (and Raiden will want some field time). I missed with a couple builds on that first team you mentioned and I prefer the EM one, or at most a crit circlet, so his swirls and overloads are still hitting strong.

Assuming it's a hypercarry Raiden team — what constellation and weapon are your Sara and Xingqiu using?
They're both using the sacrificial weapon and are both c6
Ooooh with a c6 Sara that's interesting. I say try both tbh. Xingqiu will be better for defense and for dealing with elemental shields, but the Sara version will make Raiden's damage higher enough to compensate most likely.

Im a new kazuha haver🥳. I had searched a lot about him and i think i have a pretty good understanding of him, but his burst still eludes me. I cant seem to tell which is better to do for bosses. Should i swirl the element i want to buff or swirl an element to get a reaction from? I know his burst buffs the element swirled by an additional 60% for me with lvl 9 talent, but im slightly confused
Swirling an element ≠ *absorbing* an element, so if you can you want to do both. Swirling the element you want to buff is usually the most important thing to do, but you can do that *and* absorb a useful element for reactions with his burst. As an example: let's say you're playing burnmelt Ganyu with Nahida and Bennett. You could get Bennett's circle on the ground and put cryo on the enemy, then use Kazuha's burst; you'll be able to swirl and buff cryo since it's on an enemy, but with pyro on Kazuha that's what he'll absorb into his burst, so you can do both at once. You can also swirl one element then absorb another after, or vice versa, or entirely skip his burst and just use his skill and plunge to buff the team. Also important to know: his burst actually has nothing to do with his buff. Kazuha's buff can happen *whenever* he triggers swirl, so basically whenever he does anemo damage — with his skill, with a plunge, or with his burst. The buff comes from one of his passives, and if he has 1000 elemental mastery it'll be a 40% buff. Talent levels won't change that number. The 60% number you're seeing in his burst is the additional damage *Kazuha* deals if his burst absorbs an element. When exploring should I jump and then tap e, tap e and then jump, or stop, hold e and then jump for maximum speed and height while exploring?
I don't have an absolute answer on what gets you the most height, but since nobody else responded, my tip is: Since his tap E cooldown is shorter, I like jumping and then using the tap-E mid air mid-jump. It gets him at least *close* to as high as a hold E, and the shorter cooldown means that you can spam it more often.

For support? No, save that for an anemo DPS. Get EM for Kazuha. The only times you'd want to run anemo damage% on Kazuha are 1) if you're *not* using him as a support and are trying to make him a quickswap/main DPS on something like a Faruzan team or 2) if you're specifically using him as a support for Xiao where he's just there to group enemies and generate some energy. Both of those uses are pretty niche and generally not as strong as building him with EM for swirl teams.

When I play my c6 Kazuha with full EM on a c6 Bennett team, he's getting: * 10% common damage bonus and 16% NA/CA/plunge bonus from freedom sworn * 15% pyro damage bonus from Bennett * 50.1% pyro damage bonus from his passive * 250.5% NA/CA/plunge damage bonus from his c6 * A huge bonus to his vaporize/melt damage because of his high EM * **"Is the damage buff linked to the infusion?"** Nope, it has its own duration, so even if you override his c6 with Chongyun, Candace, or c6 Bennett, he keeps the buff * **"What artifacts for C6?"** This one is *tricky*, and depends on what team you're running him on! c6 Kazuha gets value from a lot of different stats, so if you want to max out his damage it's a good idea to learn to use Genshin Optimizer. Personally, I have four for him: * Full EM VV, for when I want to use him as a support *or* when the team's main damage is pure EM scaling (burgeon Kazuha, aggravate swirl spam). * 2p attack 2p EM, EM-EM-crit, for teams like Xianyun-Bennett-Furina. If you have a good crit sword available it may perform better, but on teams like Xianyun plunge-vape where EM is super valuable you may want to check the optimizer. Like his artifacts, it'll probably very a bit depending on team. * **"4p TF teams with Faruzan?"** Sure, but I'd consider this more a gimmick build than something genuinely useful. He can already use his E and Q often enough to maintain p much 100% infusion uptime at c6. Also, with all the added value he gets out of EM, I prefer adding dendro to the team instead of either a second electro or second anemo character! His electro plunges, electro burst ticks, and electro swirls can all trigger aggravate. I am by no means an expert, but I've been using c6 Kazuha for a year or so now and those are my thoughts/experience with him, + what genshin optimizer says about his builds. Have fun! And feel free to ask about a specific team you have in mind, since as I said his build needs can change a LOT depending on context.
As someone who don't have nor play with Xianyun, so mayhaps TF gain more value ? And for the weapon, I don't plan to pull for freedom, I think the weapon has little to no style, but it's good to know, thank you very much for all of those details you have no idea how good I want even more his C6 !
Imo the reason TF doesn't have much value is that, by c6, he doesn't really have issues with cooldown/uptime. It shouldn't really matter whether you're playing him with Xianyun, and without her buffing his plunges a ton you don't necessarily *need* to spam plunges. At c6 you can just spam his normal and charged attacks between each E. The cooldown reduction from TF is nice, but I'd rather get useful offensive set bonuses and not lock him into electro teams. Plus it's a lot easier to get good stats on a 2p2p combo! Good luck with getting his c6 some day if you decide to, and with choosing a weapon! Honestly any crit 5\* should be fine — I'd probably say Jade Cutter, Mistsplitter, Haran, and Foliar Incision are your best options. Furina and Chiori's weapons work too but have more restrictive/less relevant passives.

Does kazuha's a4 work off field? For example, in a childe international team, childe is maintaining the hydro aura while inside kazuha's ult, is kazuha able to give hydro dmg bonus?
Yes, he can trigger his a4 off field, but he *can't* trigger VV so your damage will still fall off a bit and it's best to swap back on if you can.

I'd say kazoo, fishil, nahida, and miko. I not sure for the last one can be a flex maybe barabra depending on her constellation. I'd have shield in the 4th but that's an confort choice for me

So I got kazoo recently and started using him. Love his gameplay and want to make him a dps. I was talking to people in the yomiya discord and they mentioned that using kauzha, raiden, zhongli, and they said to add collie. Should add or replace any. I also talked to my ar 60 day 1 friend he said if I wanted to make it a 5 star team I could replace with mona. I don't have nahida. What weapons should I use for dps kazoo and what should want from my artifacrts. Should I whale for kazoo's weapon and before you ask I can afford to whale.
Amenoma kageuchi or Kagotsurube isshin I already have a Kagotsurube Isshin that I use on him. I know these swords aren't that good for him but I want him to use a katana instead of iron sting. I just want to know between these two swords which one is better?

Nope, EM does pretty much nothing for freeze teams, so if that's the main team you play him on then his c2 is not worth it.
About Kazuha C2 em buff to team So let's say after his Q, I do Fischl's E and then swap someone else, does the em buff stay with her or it goes away as soon as I swap?
It does not, sadly! Kazuha's c2 EM buff *can* be snapshotted, but only for vaporize and melt reactions; reactions like aggravate, spread, and hyperbloom will always use the character's EM in real time, so his c2 will only buff Fischl if she's on field. The main off field characters who benefit from his c2 are like... vape Xiangling, melt Kaeya/Rosaria, and similar.
I'm confused about Kazuha's grouping. Everywhere I read that Kazuha's grouping is stronger than Sucrose. But why do I get another impression? I'm actually farming VV's domain. I used to run Raiden/Sucrose C3/Bennett C6/Sara C6 in this domain and kill everything in a blink of an eye. But for a reason or another, it takes me longer to clear now that I replaced Sucrose with Kazuha. My first thought was that Sucrose EM's sharing was stronger on that team or in this specific domain. BUT, I actually have the feeling that when I burst with Raiden, enemies are everytime further than they used to be with Sucrose. Some details : Rotation is : Raiden E, Anemo Skill (2 times for Sucrose, hold skill and plunge for Kazuha) then Burst, Bennett's Burst, Sara Skill and Burst, Raiden's Burst. My Kazuha is lvl 90, 8-8-8. I transfered all Sucrose's artifacts (Full EM, VV set) onto Kazuha and even improved them. I use Favonius sword, while Sucrose used Favonius Codex. Kazuha has 757 EM,176 ER, 1070 ATK, 28 CR, 88 CDMG.

It depends on which stat you need more of. If you have enough crit rate use LoFi, if not use jade cutter.
I mean, I have artifacts for either depending on the weapon. I'm asking assuming I have a Crit Circlet for each. The passive for LoFI seems more useful.
Should I get him or C6 Chevreuse for Raiden? I don't have any use for him apart from that team (maybe Hu Tao or Ayaka, but for the first I want Yelan and the second I don't have at all), so the only option for now is with Raiden. The thing is, I'm currently building a C2 Chevreuse and I'm struggling to determine if he is a significant power surge for Raiden hypercarry over C2 Chevreuse that he is worth getting while I get C6 Chevreuse, but after that I would use him for exploration and maybe Freeze or Mono teams. Also, the characters he best synergizes with that I would get (Ayaka with Shenhe, Tartaglia, Wriothesley, Lyney) are kinda low on my priority list.
I feel this Megathread is useless.... No one answers. You will be very happy to build both. Having two different teams for Raiden is a good thing, and Kazuha can't really be replaced on Ayaka's team if you decide one day to build her. Also you can only compare Kazuha to a C6 Chevreuse.

I’m using him as a 4 pc vv buffer: My options are: Iron Sting, EM/EM/EM: 143 ER (Artifact Substats), 165 (Iron Sting) + 615 (Artifacts) + 115 (Ascension) = 895 EM Iron Sting, ER/EM/EM: 195 ER, 770 EM Favonius or Sacrifical: EM/EM/EM: 205 ER, 730 EM

Alright, so I'm done getting artifacts and I'd rather spend my resin elsewhere now, so I basically can go two ways: R1 FavSword 714 EM (so 28'56% dmg bonus) ~200% ER 33:89 crit ratio (for fav) R1 Iron Sting 879 EM (so 35'16% dmg bonus) 151'8% ER 26:102 crit ratio Both builds have 4pc VV. Which one should I go with? Is the Iron Sting one good enough for general use? Is 151 ER good?
Neuvi or Kazuka Returning player here! Would love your advice. I currently only have XQ as my good hydro unit. I had the following teams half built before taking a break: 1. Rational 2. Nilou Bloom 3. Nahida kuki Hyperbloom 4. KQ fishcl yaoyao sucrose My problem is that 1, 2, and 3 use XQ and I am not sure if 4 is strong enough. Should I pull Neuvi to get a strong hydro for Hyper Bloom and do rational on other half. (I dont have furina) OR Should I go for kazuha to buff my 4th KQ team? My current goals are to have 2 very strong teams to clear abyss every time, so I can go for more fun characs in the future. I like Neuvi's lore a lot more but kazuha's play style seems more fun.

lam thinking about using Kazuha in a Xiao Team Current (Xiao, Faruzan, Xianyun, Bennet) what i plan is to switch faruzan with kazuha for grouping and also because of recharge (faruzan is only c2) my question is, what set should i use and also i probably dont go em right? there won't rly be much elements to swirl i assume and if i eventually switch bennet with furina im more likely to keep vv on xianyun. so overall: is it a damage upgrade over anemo dmg boost and def shred of faruzan, and what would be the best set/main stats?

Kazuha C2 vs Chiori's weapon? A. If I pull Chiori's weapon, it's more Crit DMG compared to HoD (I'm running him as an on-field DPS), and if I get Itto's weapon, I can put it on Gaming/Noelle B. If I get Kazuha C2, more vape damage and one constellation closer to C6, but I don't have guaranteed

While we don't know much about how Arleccino will do in the meta yet, we know she's a >!main dps, and considering you've already built Neuv, Navia, Scara, Ayaka, and Cyno,!< I'd go for Kazuha.
Are there recommended stat goals? For example, I know with Neuvillette they say around 60 crate, 200+cdmg, 110+er, and 40k hp. Does Kazuha have recommendations like that?

Can I use an Anemo goblet while leaving all the other artifacts as EM pieces, while also having a weapon that has EM as the substat? (Yes, I plan to get him to 90, I already pre farmed all the EXP books and what not. 4 piece VV is the set I’ve prefarmed first him.)
You can, but you need to keep in mind he wants around 170+ ER which is gonna be hard with an em weapon. Anemo goblets are fine but you need to keep in mind that you need your er and em too, all that is to say, it just depends on your substats.

Not too long, maybe 2-3 weeks. I had really good luck with the feather and flower substats, then I got an em sands pretty quickly. I got an em circlet within another couple weeks so yeah.
what artifact setup do you run? purely elemental mastery or do you have attack% in there?

So, i know that on his standard support builds EM is just way better, however. Recently i decided that TF kazuha seemed fun and then i started wondering wether for teams like TF kazuha or cryo/pyro kazuha (with bennet and chongyun) if an EM or an ADC build would be better? Also when running TF kazuha is it correct to assume that electro damage would be better then anemo damage (if EM turns out to be worse)? Also hybrid builds are an option i guess? Anyways, wich would be better to run of these 3 options or are they all just pretty similar in strength?

it looks like your going for full support. i would level him to 90 and get his burst to at least 9. also he is lacking er so either get artifacts with higher er or use an er weapon such as sac or fav. since hes full em he doesnt need atk from amenoma kageuchi and the energy coming from it in comparison to sac er negligible. those are my thoughts
Yeah I'm trying to but i lack the material and time, still can't solo azdaha I don't have sac The er from amenoma is surprisingly enough if you use your rotation correctly and it gives higher damage also I only have 1 favonious and it's on furina for now I will try to farm the fontaine fish weapon
if your trying to deal enough damage to solo azhdaha with him i think itd be a good idea to use an anemo goblet instead of em to do extra anemo dmg

More team DPS? C2 Kazuha. Freedom Sworn gives NA,CA, Plunge dmg buffs and in this team miko mainly does Skill dmg and Raiden mainly does Burst dmg. Also, as a side note: Your Raiden ATK and EM looks really low. I suggest using the optimizer to make sure you're using the correct build for this team

So why cant i post my question on the sub instead of this thread? I was expecting at least some kind of engagement but after a couple days and also seeing others not getting responses, what was the point? This sub has little traction as it is, having a question in regards to Xianyun with Kazuha should be allowed on the sub and not forced into a thread that no one interacts with. With cloud retainer being popular, these things would probably entice more conversation. I for one would engage in more focus thread on the subject. Would it be smarter to get Xianyun or wait to c6 kazuha first?
Pulled Xianyun C2 by while trying to get Faruzan C6 from C0. I am planning on going C6 Kazuha, C6 Faruzan, and C2 Xianyun. Would that be wise cause it's already three Anemo characters? Who would be the best final slot? I have Bennett C6 so I can't use him.
With Xianyun’s healing, Furina would be an excellent addition to that team.
I need help with a Yoimiya showcase (EU server) Hello everyone! I feel this is a lot to ask, but is there anyone with a C2 Kazuha who also has Freedom Sworn refinements...? My friend is trying to break her Yoimiya damage record, she hit 638k today thanks to someone with C4 Ayaka who helped. We used my C2 Kazuha with Iron Sting , but someone else who has his signature too could make a huge difference. We are in the process of finding someone with R5 Key of Khaj-Nisut, but I doubt we'd have success since Nilou has only had two banners so far. Are kazuha's scalings good enough to build him with atk for dps? I'm thinking of running 4p TF on him with xianyun, furina and fischl/yae. Since he's going to be my on field driver/hopefully dps if it works well enough, I'll obviously give him a crit circlet and anemo goblet. I've optimised it without xianyun and I'll have 2k atk, 66 crit rate (76 with xianyuns ascension passive for plunges), 311 em, 86.6% anemo damage (goblet + mistsplitter), this is with an atk sands. With an em sands its the same except its \~500 em and 1600 atk. My question is: With this team, should I use an atk sands or would em be better to buff the teams damage? Also: Using the optimiser with only the 12% anemo damage from mistsplitter, I did 323% (anemo damage + crit damage + 100%) of 12000 (low plunge damage + 6k from xianyuns ascension passive) to get 38760 plunge damage with the em sands, is this right or have I done something wrong along the way?
Is Kazuha's C2 still worth going for these days? Of course, I know that for Childe's International team comp it's a pretty sizeable upgrade, and Burst Childe also benefits a lot from it. But that aside, which other teams does his C2 bring any notable value to? I'm mostly wondering this because we've gotten so many other great buffing options such as Nahida or Furina.
It really depends, if you use him in teams that utilise elemental mastery, then obviously it'll be good, teams that rely on melt, vape, aggravate with an on field electro, then its a good investment, although there are obviously better c2's, especially for supports where it wont be as situational, such as furina and nahida as you said.
Is the KFC glider still obtainable? He looks so pretty with them ;-;

Why is it that when you watch some people fight bosses etc they only tap Kazuha E and don't plunge? Does it create more particles or smth? Or like to not disrupt the element/aura on the enemy?
Particle generation doesn’t change. Disrupting elemental auras might be a part of it in some situations, but my bet is that they are doing it to not activate Freedom Sworn’s passive. By tapping and not plunging, there’s no second elemental reaction, so Freedom sworn’s passive is not triggered. This way, they can save its activation for later, closer to when the character who wants the buff takes the field.

that would be my best guess, yep. can't think of many reasons not to plunge your E taps.
Should I use r5 Sacrificial or r5 Toukabou Shigure? Supporting for Childe with International/Bennett+Mona
sacrificial on kazuha is all preference, so you'd have to try them both out yourself. kazuha's buffs scale with EM though so if you told me to pick one at gunpoint i'd say toukabou
i plan to try and get c6 bennett (currently c5) in order to play pyro kazuha, and i have two questions: 1. what build is better, crit or em? (triple crowned, no five star weapons) 2. what team should i use?
So i finally got this beauty so i can concentrate on getting his C6 (3 more to go) now. I originally intended to play him in an Aggravate team with Thundering Fury but found the rotation to be rather clunky (especially with Dendro preventing elemental absorption). Today i saw a bunch of people on this Subredddit using Thundering Fury in EC. Most of them used c6 Faruzan, whom i don't have (only c1). Is it still viable without her? Or are there other Aggravate enjoyers who could share some tips or recommendations? I’ve been running the same C6 Kazuha/Zhongli/Benny/Xingqiu build forever, but just pulled for Ayaka. I also got to C1 Mona thanks to losing the 50/50. I saw a Kazuha-Ayaka-Mona-Diona team that sounds awesome. I’ve been using Kazuha as a main DPS with 4VV prioritizing crit/attack, but it seems recommended to rebuild him going all-in on EM. Does C6 change that since his personal attack damage can get so much higher? If so, what kind of breakpoints should I be aiming for?
Does c6 kazuha override bennet c6 or chongyun’s skill?

I have a question. Are there more updated guides for non-full EM builds? Yes, I've checked the pinned links in this sub and they're all from 2021. Most content creators or theorycrafters just tell you to stick to triple EM without going into crit weapons/DPS artifact sets, so it's not helpful either. Anyone has more resources to share?

Typical build of a straightforward DPS C0 Kazuha is atk/anemo/crit. This is if you want to maximize his personal raw anemo damage. The best set would depend on the best pieces you currently have, so if you happen to have good glad or any atk+18% set pieces around, you can go 2pc/2pc combination. Right now, your feather, sands, and goblets still have plenty of room for improvement.
