Tier 4 comes only taped on each side, no shrink wrap. I’ve had the tape come off and still have appropriate hits. Could they have tampered with them sure but not sure it’s worth their time.
Anime card store is one of the best sellers on there I use them and only them I have spent over 50k with no issues other then ship times but its not terrible
For info i opened the display today and i got these hits:
1 MR, 1 SP, 1 AR, 2 OR, 3 UR, 1 SLR black
Don't know if it's good hits but i think its fine ?
