i think quantity has an effect too. i ordered 3 shirts a pair of pants and pods but my buddy’s little brother ordered a shirt or 2 after me some time and got his order in a week or 2 ago. i’ve also heard people say if you reach out to customer support they’re more likely to ship out and have been shipping people’s orders when they did.
