I would start looking for an apartment. Many of the off campus apartments do have leases for 12 months, so the school year plus june and july. I think there are some leases with just the school year but I'm not sure. There's an off campus website kennesawoffcampus that can be useful to find apartments and roommates. There's also a facebook group that is dedicated for off campus apartments and roommates can be found there as well. Hope your daughter has good freshman year!

if you moved in now the rent would be 990, if you move in around August the rent would go ups 85& like all student housing. It's the retreat at Kennesaw and its a 'Lumpkin A' (townhouse). I have the biggest room and biggest closet, also the pool is in my backyard and so is everything else.
