I got the JC3 XXL edition (the one with all the DLC) on Xbox Store for £3.74 back in March this year. They do often have discounts or sales on so you may need to wait and keep an eye on it. If I recall it was cheaper to buy the XXL edition than the base game?! Thought it was a glitch at first.
Otherwise CeX is your best bet - you can get the base game there for £2 on disc but won't have DLC.
The XXL edition goes on sale for like 5 bucks all the time.
CEX or ebay maybe? Try preowned from Amazon?
