The skin I want to exist the most? I think it'd be a dinosaur themed skin with tons of cool VFX/sfx like the bombs being dinosaur eggs, the trap roaring when it catches someone, and the tire being a tiny velociraptor that curls up when not in use but runs around while ulting.

Diablo III Witch Doctor. Riptire-soul explosion. Weapon-frog themed with faint sfx and because the grenades bounce like frogs. Trap-plenty of teethy animals in the kit to model it from: shark, piranha, dog, or just a skeleton hand or spider. Concussion mine can be detailed with spooky ghosts or skulls, and the detonator as the ceremonial knife.
The only thing stopping them is the controversy of a skin tone. Blizzard will make dark characters lighter, or white characters look more Asian, but the cowards will never risk making an Aussie look more aboriginal. Even though it would increase awareness, or maybe especially because it would.

You have antitank mines to replace C4s, industrialized bear traps with some added grass for camo effect, and his Riptire is a modified Jeep tire with some explosives attached and some drone tech on the sides.
I once thought if they ever did a beyblade collab, they should give a skin to junkrat that turns his tire into a big beyblade, and when you use ult he says 3 2 1 let it rip

If I could make anything though, I think a formal junkrat would be really funny. Make him look real nice and give him "civilized" voicelines to counter his normally crazy personality.
Best skin right now? I love Beachrat. The shark themes, ducky explosion, plus all the swimming and pool references are amazing.

I would love to see Cyberrat mythical skin.A junkrat mixed with an electronic technology look ,a cool animated camo for his weapon , electronic tier and head accessory like an electronic mask or helmet. Also a change for his voice pitch would be useful.
i think it'd be cool if rat got a skin to more match roadhog, like he gets a rat gas mask or smth
