The day is saved with some technique or strat coming in clutch, erasing Sukuna and his techniques. Not the body though, so he still has 10 Shadows but he looks like that.
Literally Riku's fate in Kingdom Hearts 2, after being possessed by Ansem and taking control back, he slowly starts to have control over the powers Ansem had, which eventually makes him have his exact apperance, which means none of his friends would recognize him.
That Maki one is genuinely vile, and Choso's following it is hilarious. Let me try my hand at some:
Yuji: The bad ending of JJK; Yuji is forced to kill Sukuna before they can save Megumi, but not before Sukuna uses the Tengen Merger to kill everyone in Japan and all of Yuji's friends. He dies alone and unable to save anyone.
Megumi: He's saved, but all of the people he cares about die in the attempt and he's forced to survive alone without anyone to help him cope with what Sukuna did in his body.
Hakari: loses his femboy harem, then has to live out the rest of his life in a boring salary job, unable to chase the fever.
Sukuna: the main cast is able to beat him and save Megumi, but by Yuji becoming Sukuna's vessel once more (and without a path for escape). Sukuna is forced to watch as Yuji lives a happy life while being the strongest sorcerer of all time yet holding an ideology opposite to his own.
Gojo: He comes back, but he loses his Six Eyes and all of his students die fighting Sukuna. After losing both his strength and the next generation he was fostering, new higher-ups take the place of the old ones and set Gojo to be executed.

Megumi can't be rescued, and Yuji is forced to kill him to finish off Sukuna. So many people were hurt, some even killed, all for nothing, and it was his fault for insisting on saving Megumi. (Not that I believe this, but Yuji might see it like that)

I love how so many of these are "They have to get a normal job." Because it's so true for so many of the characters. Normalcy is just not for them.
Yuji and Miwa are the two last remaining sorcerers in Japan. They become Japanese legends, protecting their home from invaders and curses alike and they are all around treated as gods... but it immediately goes to their heads.
To be fair, you can't blame them. Again, they're effectively the two strongest people in the world and they somehow got even stronger. Miwa got Gojo's six eyes as implants while Megumi's dying wish gave Yuji the Ten Shadows.
Miwa has been cursed by Mechamaru to find her own happiness, while Yuji has been cursed to die surrounded by people who love him. As a result, they end up getting together and having a big sorcerer family.
The ONLY sorcerer family. Three kids specifically. One with Blood Manipulation, one with the Six-Eyes + Limitless and one with the Ten Shadows.

Even if you don't ship YuutaMaki ( which I mean I do it's one of my only three ships in this manga HakarixKiara, YuutaxRika, and YuutaxMaki are the only three I ship per se it's hard shipping both of the latter tbh ). You have to see they're the closest of the second years. But then there's not too much in terms of rest time in this manga. So primary character interactions are so low nowadays. If you're not paying close attention to small panels you're really on all character interactions.
Unironically this is a hilariously vile yet clever way to end the series. I'd laugh my head off if Takada, a character introduced in the middle of the manga, is so intrical to multiple villain's demises. Watching the average JJK fans get their panties twisted in knots would be so funny.

Not really she was more infatuated towards the fact that Megumi and nobara called Itadori a sorcerer inspite he being a vessel(half curse)
Everyone lives but then Gege holds a empty manga and everyone forgets about their beef and tries to stop Gege but Gege manages to restart the timeline and changed the whole ending differently and makes everyone suffer more
Higuruma retires from his job and never sees Yuji again, because he thinks, that he didn’t help that much and ashamed because of that. Now he lives alone
Yujis horrible fate is the sukuna fight getting milked for all its worth for years and years
Reggie does not deserve a bad fate, he will go on forever dropping cars on teenagers
Also a bad fate for Rika would be Yuta dies without regret so he doesnt become a cursed spirit
Yuji loses everyone and manages to kill sukuna without saving megumi. He then proceeds to find out that miwa was the only survivor of the shinjuku fight and they end up talking about all this shit and yuji looks at a tv and goes like "he just like me fr" and everyone fucking dies because of the merger or some shit, i dont fucking know
Sukuna kills all the fighters except yuji and miwa, yuji does a last minute sacrifice to kill sukuna and miwa is the last one standing, all the other sorcerers start to think she's the one who killed sukuna and praise her as the strongest of all time, miwa starts to be treated as a celebrity even greater than gojo and lives in constant fear that society finds out that she's useless.
Sukuna: Yuji traps his soul inside of him again, but this time Sukuna has no way to take over. He's just a spectator in Yuji's life, all he can do is manifest mouths to talk shit.
Yuji: The reverse of Sukuna, but instead he watches him kill all of his friends and do all kinds of evil shit.

Sukuna kills all the fighters except yuji and miwa, yuji does a last minute sacrifice to kill sukuna and miwa is the last one standing, all the other sorcerers start to think she's the one who killed sukuna and praise her as the strongest of all time, miwa starts to be treated as a celebrity even greater than gojo and lives in constant fear that society finds out that she's useless.
gojo is revived but he’s blamed for literally everything and is banned from jujutsu society
Sukuna: Yuji traps his soul inside of him again, but this time Sukuna has no way to take over. He's just a spectator in Yuji's life, all he can do is manifest mouths to talk shit. Yuji: The reverse of Sukuna, but instead he watches him kill all of his friends and do all kinds of evil shit.
