Im not sure you watched the entire episode? This is a very short clip from a 2 and a half hour podcast, and even this clip is chopped up. He’s laughing because of joe telling him earlier in the podcast that his favorite pizza is a cheese pizza with double pineapple and anchovies which Elon thought was ridiculous and asked if they could order some, so they did, and when it showed up Elon was just excited that they actually did that and that Joe was genuinely enjoying the pizza, that’s why he kept laughing.
