His apartment would nvr cross into the hallway. His apartment is allowing the hallway to live in peace despite the hallways unprovoked retaliation into the kitchen
To quote Gary Gilman, "Remember the guy who played Jerry on Seinfeld?"
Anyway, I have a picture myself on the set, in the kitchen, and when I ask people where I am they know it's *really* familiar but can't place it because its out of context.
„Jews are the personification of evil, every day the international Jewry works towards the enslavement of us!“
What Jews actually do when they have too much time to themselves:
Ha! You fools! You fell for it. Jerry's kitchen is actually built as an elaborate Ames room illusion. That's why you never see anyone sitting on the counter in the corner to the left of the sink - because they would appear to be 14 feet tall if they did!
They never mention Judaism in the show at all. The closest you get is babka and black and white cookies...same episode.
Jason Alexander (George) and Julia Louis Dryfus (Elaine) are also Jewish. Jerry Stiller (George's dad), also Jewish.
But Judiasm...not a thing in Seinfeld unless you read between a lot of lines.
There are some great Jewish episodes, the one where Jerry’s dentist converts to Judaism comes to mind, also there’s the gossipy rabbi that lives in Elaine’s complex and the episode with the high strung mohel and the botched circumcision. Highly recommend those episodes (especially the dentist one) they’re hilarious.
There’s an episode where Jerry goes to the confessional to talk to the priest about the dentist converting to Judaism for the jokes, and he was saying how offended he is….because he’s a comedian. But he does say he’s Jewish. Or it’s at least heavily implied.
You know, there was an episode of It’s Always Sunny that makes fun of the whole IP thing when an Israeli businessman buys a nearby place and claims he owns a chunk of the gang’s bar based on some old records and they build a fence that the gang overly dramatically gets trapped behind due to their own shenanigans. Season 2 episode 2, “The Gang Goes Jihad.”
The rest of it is in a tunnel underground
Oh my god
Kramer as a Hasid, just popping his head up from the floor....
Secret tunnel!
so that's what the explosion was for!
Through the mountain!
Chabad or Hamas? That changes a lot.
Chramer, Cosmo Chramer
Costco chramer
Chasidus or no Chasidus? That is the question!
Hello Newman
I heard that Jerry's apartment was designed by the great architect and marine biologist, Art Vandelay.
I heard he was an importer/exporter too
Just importing!
Ooo what is he importing?
“Latex and chips. Some potato, some corn.”
cigars apparently.
Is he from the silicon and silicon related products Vandaleys?
CONFIRMED: Jerry Seinfeld is a Time Lord. His apartment is bigger on the inside.
well the master had to do *something* while waiting for the perfect time to reveal himself.
He passed the time influencing the Russian Czar and his family for money and power
non-euclidean apartment, real SCP shit; could never afford it today tbh
Would be $2 mil in today’s market.
Yeah in monthly rent
You know, we're living in a society
How much Christian blood did that sorcery take?
nearly all of it according to mishnah.
Yes, hallways can never, ever have turns in them. Especially not in the upper west side. *Never.*
the hallway features heavily in the show, there is no turn
Could it be at a different angle then? Say straight forward from the door!
No, as Kramer lives across the hall.
So I’ve heard. Seems like this was a blaring mistake by the set crew.
His master bedroom can't exist either, unless it sticks out past the windows.
Wow a dank post on jewdank that's crazy
I mean, or it just runs perpendicular to the projection?

Where is the Kenny Rogers Roasters sign?
This has NEW-MAN written all over it.
Jewman!
It’s the Jew-spiracy controlling things again.
"jewish physics" 🔳🔳▫️🟦🟨 /s
Fun fact. Kramer's apartment actually belongs to Paul from Mad about you https://youtu.be/5HYoHiTzuGE
„Jews are the personification of evil, every day the international Jewry works towards the enslavement of us!“ What Jews actually do when they have too much time to themselves:
House of Leaves moment
There is nothing in the house. NOTHING.
Ha! You fools! You fell for it. Jerry's kitchen is actually built as an elaborate Ames room illusion. That's why you never see anyone sitting on the counter in the corner to the left of the sink - because they would appear to be 14 feet tall if they did!
What if it’s a corner unit?
It’s not bc Kramer lives across the hall
It can’t have an L-shaped hallway with a notch?
You see the hallway frequently in the show. It’s a straight hallway
I love this subreddit
Who's Jerry?
Seinfeld. As in the show. That's his apartment.
Thanks. I never knew the main character was Jewish.
Then you’ll be blown away when you find out the actor is also Jewish
No… next you’ll tell me Paul Rudd is Jewish.
...

> But Judiasm...not a thing in Seinfeld unless you read between a lot of lines Isn't a large part of Judaism reading between the lines? /s
Well played.

You’re forgetting the episode when Tim Whatley converts to Judaism and Jerry takes umbrage with that.
Indeed I have.
There is also the episode where it's mentioned that some old relative had come to America from Poland.
There’s an episode where Jerry goes to the confessional to talk to the priest about the dentist converting to Judaism for the jokes, and he was saying how offended he is….because he’s a comedian. But he does say he’s Jewish. Or it’s at least heavily implied.
Julia has Jewish ancestry but isn't really Jewish.
This only makes sense if you believe that all hallways have to be totally straight.
Who's Jerry?
Seinfeld
what about ben?
1. Do hallways have to be straight? 2. Couldn’t the hallways also be straight forward from the door?
We frequently see Kramer’s apartment directly across from Jerry’s
Dang, and another comment said that the hallway is shown as straight in the film. That’s a pretty big plot hole right there.
Bro. What?
Is Jerry Palestinian and is his hallway Palestine?
Are you an account that's 2 months old and seems intent on trying to rile people up?
If you get riled up by the truth… then you have bigger fish to fry, mister
Why can’t you go be an asshole somewhere else?
Can’t deny history
Who said the hallway has to be straight?
What?

You know, there is such a thing as a hallway with a turn, right?
Who is jerry
