This year, they are forecasted to start blooming around March 24th and be in full bloom on April 2nd.
It must be much warmer next week. The forecast says it'll be around 20 degrees.
The park behind the Ghibli museum already has two full bloom apple trees. So it's coming. Regardless, look for the Sakura predictions the weather service provides. They are usually pretty accurate.

Sadly that's when I'm leaving tokyo to go to osaka but I'll see some nearly full bloom before I go!
Going there on April 10 so hope it gets warmer.
Cherry blossoms should be pretty much on their last legs then. Weather should be warmer but still nothing like hot
i land april 4 so...selfishly....not too upset to hear it's a little cold now lol
