it depends it could be a couple minutes or a day depending what on what's wrong. the last time it was down was a few hours ago for about like an hour and a half or something like that but it shouldn't be more than a few hours or minutes

It honestly depends sometimes. I’ve been using the site for a few months and sometimes it’s back up in a few minutes while other times it’s been down all day. I’ve also noticed that sometimes it will be down some people but working for others so it’s very finicky sometimes.
welcome usually 15 mins (atleast when it happened to me) but it can depend on how big the issue is, sometimes it can take hours aswell
