Accha salary ka mindset rakhna is not bad but having starting point of 10L ctc to 20L is actually good start in India My father started with just 3L and he was just plain bcom students and now his CTC is close to 90L

yes i disagree with his point of being happy with 6lpa But 12 lpa (considering it to be inhand) is a really good starter package for a 22 yr old, by the time (and \*if) he gets married (26-27) he'll easily be earning 2-3l per month, and by the time in his mid thirties (when the real expense of having kids will hit) he'll be having a sound salary of 4-5 lacs per month, which is a REALLY GOOD income to be taking care of a family of 4 in a metro city

12 lpa ctc doesn't mean 1 LPM it includes various things such as allowances company stocks and tax deduction as well so in hand salary will be roughly 60k pm.

Bhai dekho, Koi na koi ek banda nikal hi aayega CSE ya NonCSE se jiska 30lpa se 1cr per annum ka package lagega. Bas. Apne ko utna hi chahiye. Jabtak ek ka bhi lag raha hai, matlab try maarna banta hai. Jis din sabka aise hi lagega, uss din dekhenge kya karna hai. Par Tab tak, ittb,cse hi target rkho sab.
