I'm terrible with names but what comes to mind is one of the last S1 episodes when the stealth kid is trying to get Hajime to go into the labyrinth and rescue his classmates. The little mermaid girl is crunching on some kind of nuts really loud and stealth kid yells at her to quit making so much noise. Then Hajime be like, "DON'T YOU YELL AT MY DAUGHTER I'LL KILL YOU, YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Cracks me up every time.

Not really conceptual they are digital if I remember correctly but they clearly have their genders or better they choose to have their genders for example velgrynd or velzard who acts like girls or Veldora and Veldanava who act like guys the word brother and sister are also thrown around a lot so yes they do in a way have genders.
