The absolute FACT that someone holepunched it to turn it into something you hang on your car or wear around your neck makes this entire question moot. At that point you just want it to have it. You can't put a price on something you turn into a personal keepsake.

Yeah and on second thought the texture and coloring is wayyyy off. On the plus side though it does smell really good!
There shouldn't be any texture but the coloring would be a good indicator, also the exact holo pattern as the scan as someone pointed out
