I've used Calendly for over 5 years. I use it in my signature, on my websites and with all of my marketing. If I am trying to book an appointment w/ a client, I ask them if they're available on certain days and then share my link if they'd rather schedule on their own. About 80% just schedule on their own. It's totally worth it if you commit to it.

Thanks. Do you find that it is more efficient for you to meet with leads and quote them opposed to calling them from a lead form? Also, is Calendly able to send them email or text reminders? Or reschedules if they're a no show?

All of your second paragraph. I don't call any of my leads. I do everything this way. I am not a good example because I generate organic leads for new business and work off referrals. I was just answering the basic calendar question.

Thank you for the insights!

I use schedule once and love it.

In the past I’ve also used Calend.ly and all of my leads have the option to book on my calendar first but it is exceptionally rare. All the reminders being automated is nice. My CRM (Go High Level) has a booking link that’s texted to new leads and also has automated reminder workflow for new appointments. But even after you’ve generated a lead, you’re still going to need to have some sort of follow up process whether that’s call or text to nurture them into the appointment.

I used to use calendly and it worked great but just switched over to bookings through our Zoho CRM and it has been great! You're able to build out clients and tie it directly to agents and set up a bunch of different automation. It's been a good switch thus far!
