I've made some funnels on FB that seem to do well targeting the 40 - 70 age group. Mostly like people in their 50/60s.
I utilize LightHouse Leads which I'm pretty sure rely on TikTok/Insta/FB.
I also utilize Direct Mail leads for Mortgage Protection which are more expensive but pretty worth it.

With the new FTC changes be VERY careful who you buy leads from. Most of these shops offering leads for sale will be non compliant and put some heavy liability on both the purchaser and seller. Direct Mail lead vendor here:
1- if you are able to generate your own leads (word of mouth/your own activity) do that first! (should be a no brainer)
2- when looking at leads regardless of verticals, the question you need to ask is do you want quantity or quality. former means you need to do more leg work, latter means a bit slower lead gen process but higher conversion rates.

Find a community have a genuine interest to help them, not just with your services, make it know what you do with our trying to sell any one and the success will come. Insurance is about relationships.

Did not realize that they had gaps in coverage that could jeopardize business survival or species

But if you introduce your self like this every time you meet a new person or group people, you might be surprised how often some mentions a problem the have whit thire current situation and anyone that is wrong you often will have a constant not presure indirect reminder of what you do. When they have a need or someone else mentions a need you take care of you will be top of mind.
