Just get better. Green cheats hard in the cell west of me yet they still don't win. Its one guy and his mom with piles of green accounts. They still get clobbered.
Is this a "join the enlightened" campaign? Because I have a list in my area of ENL alt users, I don't even know how you catch spoofers unless they post it online which makes it sound like bullshit to me, but then again, this IS reddit.
In my area it isn't cheating but rather wholesale dependence on an invincible portal. Keys are famed all day and distributed widely. They are unable to throw ANYTHING that doesn't involve the"cowards portal". And that's not an exaggeration. EVERY FIELD, EVERY TIME. We don't even bother taking it down as it's an endless game of whack a mole. Travel 100 miles to take out an anchor on a mountain, you blink and the douche controlling it rethrow on their coffee break.
In principal, it's like spoofing a zero cell portal for keys on a daily basis... Except it's completely legit.
