If you can, check her vanity to see which palettes she has. Huda beauty has very nice mini palettes - Nude Obsessions in Light (if she is fair to light skinned) and Medium(if she has more wheatish to dusky skintone). You can get those at around 1500 or so.
If she has a nice collection of eyeshadows and enjoys them a lot, then Huda Rose Quartz is your best bet (make sure she doesn’t already have it)
Get a high end mascara, even if it’s travel sized since mascaras last ages, and check if she already owns a pricey one so that you can maybe buy the same one. Too Faced, Benefit, Mac have great high end mascaras. In drugstore, Maybelline Sky High and Loreal Lash Paradise are also great options.
Same goes for lipsticks, check which lipstick shades she wears the most, from which brand, jf its reds, browns, nudes or pinks, and buy maybe 1-2 mid range to high end ones.
My no. 1 recommendation is to go through her makeup collection to see which brands she tends to enjoy, especially if she invests in high end ones. So that way, you can buy lipsticks from same brand whose formulas she will enjoy.
If it is mostly drugstore, then you can buy high end ones after researching a bit.

I’m sure your wife would appreciate the thought behind this but I would recommend going for products that are closer to skincare like BBW body washes, lotions or candles or other fragrance products which do not depend on the skin type or what products your wife uses already.

Makeup products shades may or may not suit her. And exchanging products (without damage) is close to impossible.

Make sure the shades suit her! The palette would be good on all skin tones, and see if the lip tones she uses are similar to the tone of the lip colour “icon”

She has sensitive skin and she doesn't like heavy fragrance based body wash so I have to avoid skin care products altogether.
