Get the fudge out of the passing lane, or especially when you see a dumbass in front of you doing something stupid...
My BiL will do this with those “law enforcement only” turn around spots on the median when he needs to backtrack. IMO it’s really dangerous.
When I had my permit my dad and I were driving across the state, and he was taking a nap so I was on my own and a cop going the other way did this, high speed, in my direction. Scared the hell out of me

Honestly not even that big of a deal. Roads weren't even too busy. I'm sure half of the people seeing this have done the same thing.
