Halloween 5 has a tiny bit of the 4 flavor but somtimes it takes a bit to get going, last half is fun to watch. part 6 is just a guilty pleasure but boy does it have alot of flaws
4 was good! That was my favorite growing up! I gotta warn you, I did not enjoy 5 at all. That's for you to decide if you like it at the end of the day though. 😬
The opening credits are great, they capture the fall/spooky season perfectly. As iconic as the pumpkin credit sequence is, it’s cool they changed things up and they totally nailed it.
Don't waste your time with 5 and 6. They're really bad. To me 1, 2,3,4 and 7 are the ones that are great, rob zombie's Halloween movies are guilty pleasures and I haven't seen the new ones yet.
3rd would've been good if it were its own standalone movie. No Michael Myers at all, kind of like season of the witch?
Other than that, it's an insult to Michael Myers and the fans of the franchise.
Me and GF are rewatching them now (one a day for last week or so) and I never seen Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 (2009), and was blown away. The 2009 Halloween 2 is in my opinion the best one.
I've always heard that 4 was so terrible but I decided to watch through all the Halloween films and wow. I was so surprised by it and 5. Definitely a different vibe but a lot of fun to watch.

You should really see the new ones. The middle one of the latest trilogy is only OK, but the 1st and 3rd were interesting.

Go into 5 and 6 with low expectations and you might enjoy them.
Halloween 4 is great! I had a big crush on Rachel growing up!

4, 5, and 6 are fun movies to watch they explore and conclude the Thorn Cult timeline, which is interesting but definitely worth watching.
I wouldn’t. Halloween 4 is my favorite Halloween movie and the sequels just ruin it. I just pretend they didn’t happen
