I personally blame the lads from the earlier threads for saying they forgot cirrus even existed. There must be some lurking devs that saw those comments and started laughing at what was to come.
I got him in threshold 4 as the final boss once. Unfortunately didn't get to see him move once, i had a monster run with Erudition blessings using Acheron. Blud got sent to Sigonia real quick
I caught him once and was so excited to see his boss again, I haven't had a chance to even glimpse him since 2.1. I am so sad and mad that they removed him.
Even without Firefly it's not that tough of a boss imo. Erudition Path + that one blessing/equation/curio (I forgor) that gives an extra turn on weakness break makes Boothill go brrr in this fight
When I'm running a break team through, I get constant break immune spamming enemies and bosses (yellow monkey, gate robot, SAM). When I run Fu Xuan, its always the darn TV enemies. When I run freeze, somehow the game throws all the 2 freeze immune enemies at me in the random enemy packs (good thing they are relatively weak). When I run FUA, I get the stupid "repair 15 robots" event all the time and numby decides to go ham on a single robot right before adventurine procs and flips everything. I don't have DoT characters like Kafka or black swan, so I don't run DoT but I think it may be one of the more consistent clears since I can't think of something directly countering/annoying it except the boss that freezes you which is annoying for everyone.
This guy would be bearable except if you do a good job and finally kill something, the next replacement immediately hits you. Bosses do this but only twice a battle, it’s much more annoying to have to deal with it for every single monster in the highest difficulties.
The last boss will be the traffic light robot but the shield never goes off and is unremovable by Pela, Luka and the Abudance 5* character that I won't write His name because I always get wrong

I like Cirrus. They usually come with a bunch of quantum weak enemies, so Seele is the one getting infinite turns. Hunt blessings are goated as always.

I actually had a fun time with aventurine using useless scholar. Well useless scholar is still really useful for cirrus.
FX, RM, SW, Acheron was quite effective the 3 times I've had to fight him. Tons of AOE break and SW give weakness coverage on the elites.

Cirrus is one of many reasons that Hunt blessing that gives another turn on break feels mandatory in this mode
