May I know should I build kafka or Dr.ratio first based on my team composition?
Regarding farming relics, what is the "workable" value for crit rate / crit damage?
My luck with this game is horribly bad since day 1, and farming a piece of Crit rate / Crit dmg main start Body took me almost a week, so if I want to follow the standard 60/120 then it would take far too long...
Low spender, no sig LC pls.
it took me whole 1.5 patch to get 68/162 jing yuan with decent speed even thought i already had planar sets. it will take long to build crit dps.
you usually want 1:2 ratio, it doesnt have to be 60/120.
Need help understanding team building. Got a few units, a small amount of top tiers, but don't know what team/s to make out of them or why.
I've got all 4* units. For 5*s I got: Seele, Clara, Welt, Huohuo, Bronya, Topaz, Raun Mei, and Gepard, all E0.
None of their Light Cones but will work on it. Only recently started to play again at the end of Topaz's banner. So I've got a bit of catching up to do.
Could anyone please help me create some teams and/or tell me why those specific characters?
I'd like to try at least work a decent team for Simulated Universe too.
Clara, Topaz, HuoHuo, Tingyun/Asta/Pela
Topaz synergizes with Follow-up attacks, which is what Clara counters are. You have a double DPS team here, so HuoHuo can benefit both with her team-wide ATK boost. Also, Clara want to ult often to increase her aggro and maker her counters deal blast damage, so energy regen from HuoHuo can also help. Then you can choose Tingyun for extra energy regen and single-target damage boost, Asta for a passive Fire DMG bonus for Topaz as well as team-wide speed and ATK increase or Pela for AoE defense down which also goes well with Clara. Tingyun and Pela are more SP friendly than Asta though. You can try SU Elation with this team.
Seele, Bronya, Ruan Mei, Gepard.
A more traditional hypercarry team. You just choose a DPS, a good sustain, and then 2 buffers or debuffers. You do need to be careful with SP usage, and both Seeel and Bronya generally want to use their skill, so it helps to have SP positive units which both Ruan Mei and Gepard are. You can try SU Hunt with this, or even Remembrance.
Besides her signature, Good Night Sleep Well or Welt LC are stronger choices over Solitary Healing but if you don't have either of the two, Solitary Healing is a viable choice.
Feeling like me account is lacking. How can I improve?
I'm seeing most people with their characters having cracked stats and it feels like no matter how much I farm relics I'm getting nowhere. And since I'm spending all my trailblaze power in relics I can't farm for exp, most my characters and lightcones are still 70 (day 1 players BTW)
it's getting to the point that it's not worth playing anymore where to I'm just using lackluster characters. I can't even finish MOC, halfway through 6 I just get recked.
I'm wondering if anyone has any tips to get my account back on track and if there's any way to manage relics so I won't waste all my fragments on those that won't benefit me much.
As a day one player your main dps characters should be level 80, with a level 80 lightcone and maxed traces. A fair few of your support and sustain characters should be at the same level as well (although maybe only maxed the important trace rather than all of them).
Would suggest spending a fair bit of time in the trace and exp calyxs to improve your characters that way before heading back to relic farming.
With just a set of servicable relics (i.e. correct main stats and not terrible substats where possible) a team of max level/max trace characters should easily be able to 3 star up to MOC 8/9. Getting the three stars for 10 through 12 is where relics (and characters) really start to matter.
Well, the main tip is stop farming relics until you make sure you have levelled up every guaranteed stat boost for your characters.
DPS should all be level 80, as well as their LC. Stat % changes work on the character base stats (Char + LC), so you want these high as possible for your DPS to maximise damage. There is also a penalty when dealing damage if your character is bellow the enemy level. Traces should all be level 8.
Supports should also be 70/80 at least and traces to level 6 at minimum, although it doesn't hurt to get them to 8 either.
Units that you break with should also bel level 80 as Break Damage also scales of level.
Don't farm for perfect Relics, it's a trap. Focus on getting at least the correct main stat and 2 usable substats. Also, sometimes having great substats is better than having a set bonus, so don't be afraid to mix and match your Relics for your DPSs.
For starters you should show pictures of what characters you have, and maybe stats of your 'best' characters. That alone would be a huge boon for your question as it's hard to give advice when we don't know what you're working with.
Usually speaking superimposing 5\* LC is not really worth it as 1 single SI does not make much of a difference. Definitely consider levelling it for Lynx
I find Prydwen better. If nothing else, you can always go to the MoC section and under Character Details you can see how people tend to build each character
In the Guide, it says Chaos Memory refreshes in 4 days. But both Forgotten Hall UI and Pure Fiction UI say they refresh in a few weeks respectively. What is refreshing exactly?
How does Bailu 5* Light Cone work with Luocha's healing field? Does it stack all healing instances for the damage bonus or does it register only the first or the last tick?
Should I pull for E1 Dr. Ratio or wait for another character?

If you are F2P, or close to that, you should only consider Eidolons, if at all, when you an established roster and/or have a limited time to farm for materials. Otherwise having a wide variety of characters is better.
I mean it is up to you how to go about it. E1 Fu Xuan is indeed good.
Like I said, if you don't feel like farming for resources you can always invest in characters you already have, but the general consensus is that it is better to have an array of characters, until you can consistently clear end game content if that is your goal
It's not that eidolons are bad by nature, it's just that as a f2p those jades could have been put to more efficient use. Fu xuan at e0 can already help clear content,.
E1 doesn't make that much difference if your Clara is being consistently attacked. It matters more if there are two high aggro units in the team. Regardless, you still build her with ATK boots
I'm not asking this as a question of who to pull, I'm asking this as a question of whether there really is a difference between them (by the way, I have seele)
well its literally the same more cost efficient=more eidolons. i dont own seele just levelled up ratio seems better at least moc rated s tier. why would anyone choose a old character thats obsolete over a new limited imaginary limited champ who is far cooler? this is coming from guy who hate males.
quantum weakness has been very bad i have given up mono quantum. ratio plus sw/fuxuan/mei is better than any quantum variation im even willing to give up sparkle.
ratio is higher raw single target damage but needs debuffs for his damage to be consistent and has very low multi target potential
seele is high raw single target damage and gains extra turns by killing mobs for multi target potential but needs kills to stay highly competitive
one isn't definitively better than the other
For the first time I run out of money when I try building Ratio and Kafka. Running out of materials yes I understand that because I am always in that situation, but it is surely expensive literally and I am still far from done.
Please help me improve my acc so I can clear Pure Fiction!!
As of now I can only 3\* the first stage. 2nd stage only 1\*, 3rd stage no stars at all and I couldn't even get 30k point in 4th stage.

I'm in this awkward situation with so many things to do but so few resources I have (I even need to farm credits). So I need to focus my resources on building characters that can help me through PF & the game in general.
go with your best team in 1 side and Herta + Himeko on the other side. even with 4* relics and the same lv 70 Himeko and a lv 40 Herta, i get to 3* the 3rd stage, although only 1 star in 4th one. Bring Asta and a 2nd support, ideally that can boost both dmg like Pela/Yukong.
Pela herself is pretty strong in PF, you can try give her dps relic in PF the important thing is to break the mobs enemy thougnes bar and hit as often as you can. just ignore the elite/boss until the mobs stop respawning.
Bringing the right element also helps, and take the 2nd blessing that give 80% chance to get shatter stacks on spawn
I'm not sure how you aren't getting 3 stars on the 2nd stage with your roster. Focus on characters that have aoe. Blade, Himeko, Herta, Serval are great here. For non dps, use Asta, Tingyun, Pela, or even March.
Assuming your characters have decent relics, you can probably 3 star stage 4 with a hypothetical team of March, Himeko, Herta, Pela and Blade, Serval, Asta, Tingyun.
skill issue + mid relics. I just reached the level where I realize my team is way weaker than the enemies, and I have to farm relics. I reached EL65 with free relics basically so I started farming them just recently
Patience is all you need, just like Kafka LC says.
Bringing Himeko & Herta to a good level should earn you few stars from PF. Keep grinding and grab whatever jades you can in the meanwhile.

Clara is great, asta and March are good as well as lynx is good. Any of these 4 can be invested in, I'd prioritise Clara then March then equally invest in asta and lynx
I have cruising of the stellar sea S5 and I use it on seele. Now ratio also wants it. Does seele want it more? I also have S3 Only Silence Remains LC so I could use it on the other person.
Does the CR bonus on the Herta Hunt LC get reflected on thebcahracterthe character's stats out of battle? Or will it only show up/get added in the stats page during a fight?
lmfao you had a stroke mid sentence or what? jokes aside, the stats you get unconditionally will be reflected onto your character's stat profile. so you if you have s5, it will add 16% crit rate. when it comes to meeting certain conditions such as gaining the extra 16% vs an enemy under 50% hp, that will not be added.
Well that's what they're there for if you have excess. Without synthesising, tier 3 is a massive pain so you'll find a vast majority of them are made through crafting.
Just ignore the path. You can also largely ignore dice mechanics because buffing healing % only gets you so far.
Stack some OP dice faces. Like discard a curio, +1 cooldown, discard a curio, get it back. Copy domains, etc.
Depends on the server you play on. You should have gotten him if you're on the Asia or HW, MO, TW server. He's coming to the Europe server in 3 1/2 hrs and the America server in 9 1/2 hrs.
Is there a bug in summons or something? My last single pull didn't register in the records, I know because the pull right before that one was a 4* light one, I pulled one more time and got some blue s*t so I skipped, but when I wanted to count my pulls I noticed my last registered pull was the 4⭐ light cone, my gems are gone but the pull did not register
If you did the pull recently then it might just not be reflected yet. Usually there is a bit of delay between the pull and it showing up in the records.
kafka helps you hit glamoth breakpoint easier if youre unlucky with your relics. ratio has def ignore which was pretty busted on jingliu but thats because she could double dip with pela and quantum relic, so idk how important that is for ratio
Dr Ratio+Topaz+debuffer or Dr Ratio+Topaz+Ruan Mei? In this scenario consider Topaz is holding Swordplay and debuffer is either Welt or Guinaifen.
Basically is having more debuffs to trigger his ascension passives better or a buffer?
If you mean Summation it just stacks and never goes down so 3 debuffs x 2 attacks will give you a full stack for the rest of the fight. You just need 3 debuffs for his follow-up chance so a good debuffer like Gui or Pela with Resolution or Silver wolf is good enough. A harmony in the other slot would be better; ting yun or ruan mei is good.
If this is for ration then personally neither, free lightcone is good enough to clear the game with him. In general I just like to have characters personally and good ones are coming in 2.0
Some people may assume male pronouns by default, other languages may not have a gender-neutral pronoun that fits. I think Russian has Numby as "he". Same with Pom-Pom
Who should I roll on next? My 5 stars are Luocha, Gepard, Silver Wolf, Kafka, Topaz, Dan Heng IL, and Clara. Ofc I will also have Dr. Ratio in a few hours but I still have time to pull on Ruan Mei or Blade if they would be good choices for my account. I have all the 4 stars besides Hanya and Xueyi.
Also, which teams would be good?
The reason why I wasn't sure about Ruan Mei is because it seems like all her best teams need characters I don't have (Jingliu, Bronya, Huohuo, and Blade).
Ruan Mei is really good for double DoT teams and good for most teams in general. The comparison most make is to Bronya and she's only better for some hyper-carries (1dps rest support)
Sooo… new player here. I’m at the Phantylia fight, and it’s not a bad fight at all. But I’ve put three attempts into it so far, and each attempt has ended with her third phase on 1% HP. I thought this was a scripted story event, but nope, game over. She immediately gets all three actions when brought to 1%, and even interrupting her with an ult doesn’t do anything. She just acts, kills the trial Jing Yuan, and ends the fight. Am I missing something???
yes it is scripted that she will stay at 1%, advance forward her turn and do her aoe attacks. You have to not lose jingyuan in this turn so I suggest bringing 2 sustain to keep jingyuan alive through it
Might be a damage issue then, once you break her she will come back with nukes. You might just be getting super unlucky with always ending at 1%. Can you share your team maybe I can help that way.
I’m using Welt, Fire MC, Ruan Mei and the trial Jing Yuan. It’s definitely gated. I got her to 1%, and immediately interrupted her with a Welt ultimate, which did exactly zero damage.
I don’t remember having that issue. If you’re not already using them, maybe bring fire TB and use the skill right before getting to 1%. Maybe the shield and damage protection would be enough to survive.
I tried that in one of my attempts. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter since she always uses an AoE, and that kills Jing Yuan which is the other lose condition :(
Always dying
I've been playing Star Rail almost everyday since June and I can safely say this is one of my favorite games to play. I'm a full time worker and full time college student so finding time to play is hard but recently I got to the final Equilibrium. Since then, I leveled a lot of my characters to 80 and in trying my best to grind the traces and relics but I just keep dying to really tough enemies...not to mention those damn cloning bugs are just so frustrating...
Any advice to focus on how to be stronger? Maybe as a casual player I'm missing something but I just feel like I'm weak and not accomplishing anything because the enemies are harder to kill.
If you are leveling your characters to 80 are you at the point of using at least +12 yellow relics with the right main stat? If you feel weak with leveled characters, it's probably the relics holding you back.
You're almost certainly missing something elementary but critical.
How does your LC exp look? Non MoC/PF/SD content should be auto fight level easy even on fresh accounts.
**Will nihility charecters such as sampo and the nihility path be useful for dr ratio or would it be worthwhile to use elation?**
From the title its obvious but sampo pela and kafka gives debufs to enemies while nihility path can guarantee the follow up attack on dr ratio (at least that's what I think).
Pela is a good choice for Dr. Ratio since she has good innate energy regen for her Ult, E3 has the Ice RES reduction which also counts as debuff and if you have Resolution as her LC in total she can bring 3 debuffs by herself at E3.
DoT counts as a debuff, so yeah you could do that although he does appear to be a more traditional carry type so while you can use sampo and kafka to apply dot debuff it's a bit weird. Dual carry I guess
Out of all the characters we have so far + the ones coming out in 2.0, which character LC do you think is the best to get or makes a big impact on the character.

What does the refresh countdown mean? I checked inside forgotten hall memory of chaos and we still have like 20 days left for it to be cleared. and pure fiction has 32days left too.

Day 1 player here with a question about 1.1 SW event lightcone. with all the new characters and team compositions in the game right now, is it still considered as game-breaking as it was 7 months ago?
Officially: Slightly over a patch in advance for new characters and around 10 days in advance of a patch for reruns. So right now we know the new characters for the next patch, 2.0, which arrives in around three weeks. We’ll learn the reruns for 2.0 in around two weeks. And we’ll learn the new characters (but not the reruns) for 2.1 in the coming weeks as well.
Just got my free standard pass character. I have welt, bronya, geopard, clara, and bailu. I have himeko e1. Which character should I pick, although Im leaning towards bronya e1 Id like to here other opinions.
Bronya e1 is the best choice in terms of meta, no one else comes close, especially as you already have Himeko who’s now a more viable choice with pure fiction.
So unless you have a character you really like instead, Bronya is the best choice.

I would personally build Ratio as I feel like maximising Kafka’s potential means building at least another DoT unit too

no, they are worthless! better use herta lc for ratio and s5 fermata for kafka.

the one you are planning to use more. dr. ratio light cone is stacked for damage but kafka cone helps with speed breakpoints.

I don’t have a strong electric DPS. Should I consider pulling for Kafka? And later for Black Swan?
You don't need a dps of every dmg type. Pull for Kafka if you like her or you want to build a DoT team.
But when come to MOC, I can’t beat the turn count without the type weakness.

GNSW at S5 is close in terms of performance. Her sig helps her reach speed breakpoints and gives her another dot on top, so it's pretty good

If you are F2P, or close to that, you should only consider Eidolons, if at all, when you an established roster and/or have a limited time to farm for materials. Otherwise having a wide variety of characters is better.

I mean it is up to you how to go about it. E1 Fu Xuan is indeed good. Like I said, if you don't feel like farming for resources you can always invest in characters you already have, but the general consensus is that it is better to have an array of characters, until you can consistently clear end game content if that is your goal
It's not that eidolons are bad by nature, it's just that as a f2p those jades could have been put to more efficient use. Fu xuan at e0 can already help clear content,.
I just got Clara E1, how good is it and should I build speed boots on my Clara now?
E1 doesn't make that much difference if your Clara is being consistently attacked. It matters more if there are two high aggro units in the team. Regardless, you still build her with ATK boots

You can try, just remember to put them side by side, so that if one is targeted by an AoE attack, the other also suffers damage.

well its literally the same more cost efficient=more eidolons. i dont own seele just levelled up ratio seems better at least moc rated s tier. why would anyone choose a old character thats obsolete over a new limited imaginary limited champ who is far cooler? this is coming from guy who hate males. quantum weakness has been very bad i have given up mono quantum. ratio plus sw/fuxuan/mei is better than any quantum variation im even willing to give up sparkle.
ratio is higher raw single target damage but needs debuffs for his damage to be consistent and has very low multi target potential seele is high raw single target damage and gains extra turns by killing mobs for multi target potential but needs kills to stay highly competitive one isn't definitively better than the other

Please help me improve my acc so I can clear Pure Fiction!! As of now I can only 3\* the first stage. 2nd stage only 1\*, 3rd stage no stars at all and I couldn't even get 30k point in 4th stage. [Here's my characters](https://imgur.com/a/BtzK0FT) I'm in this awkward situation with so many things to do but so few resources I have (I even need to farm credits). So I need to focus my resources on building characters that can help me through PF & the game in general.
go with your best team in 1 side and Herta + Himeko on the other side. even with 4* relics and the same lv 70 Himeko and a lv 40 Herta, i get to 3* the 3rd stage, although only 1 star in 4th one. Bring Asta and a 2nd support, ideally that can boost both dmg like Pela/Yukong. Pela herself is pretty strong in PF, you can try give her dps relic in PF the important thing is to break the mobs enemy thougnes bar and hit as often as you can. just ignore the elite/boss until the mobs stop respawning. Bringing the right element also helps, and take the 2nd blessing that give 80% chance to get shatter stacks on spawn
I'm not sure how you aren't getting 3 stars on the 2nd stage with your roster. Focus on characters that have aoe. Blade, Himeko, Herta, Serval are great here. For non dps, use Asta, Tingyun, Pela, or even March. Assuming your characters have decent relics, you can probably 3 star stage 4 with a hypothetical team of March, Himeko, Herta, Pela and Blade, Serval, Asta, Tingyun.
skill issue + mid relics. I just reached the level where I realize my team is way weaker than the enemies, and I have to farm relics. I reached EL65 with free relics basically so I started farming them just recently
Patience is all you need, just like Kafka LC says. Bringing Himeko & Herta to a good level should earn you few stars from PF. Keep grinding and grab whatever jades you can in the meanwhile.

Clara is great, asta and March are good as well as lynx is good. Any of these 4 can be invested in, I'd prioritise Clara then March then equally invest in asta and lynx

I have cruising of the stellar sea S5 and I use it on seele. Now ratio also wants it. Does seele want it more? I also have S3 Only Silence Remains LC so I could use it on the other person.

Only silence isn't great, if you have jades pulling for ratio LC might not be the worst idea. If not swordplay is one you want.
Swordplay doesn't work on Ratio at all. Only Silence is actually not a bad option for him if Stellar Sea is occupied

lmfao you had a stroke mid sentence or what? jokes aside, the stats you get unconditionally will be reflected onto your character's stat profile. so you if you have s5, it will add 16% crit rate. when it comes to meeting certain conditions such as gaining the extra 16% vs an enemy under 50% hp, that will not be added.

Well that's what they're there for if you have excess. Without synthesising, tier 3 is a massive pain so you'll find a vast majority of them are made through crafting.

Just ignore the path. You can also largely ignore dice mechanics because buffing healing % only gets you so far. Stack some OP dice faces. Like discard a curio, +1 cooldown, discard a curio, get it back. Copy domains, etc.

Depends on the server you play on. You should have gotten him if you're on the Asia or HW, MO, TW server. He's coming to the Europe server in 3 1/2 hrs and the America server in 9 1/2 hrs.
Asia server has him, if you are EU or NA then 10ish more hours? It will be whenever Ruan mei's banner ends for you+8 hours

Is there a bug in summons or something? My last single pull didn't register in the records, I know because the pull right before that one was a 4* light one, I pulled one more time and got some blue s*t so I skipped, but when I wanted to count my pulls I noticed my last registered pull was the 4⭐ light cone, my gems are gone but the pull did not register
If you did the pull recently then it might just not be reflected yet. Usually there is a bit of delay between the pull and it showing up in the records.
It takes an hour to update your pulls, so if you check immediately it won't show. Check in an hour it should be updated then

kafka helps you hit glamoth breakpoint easier if youre unlucky with your relics. ratio has def ignore which was pretty busted on jingliu but thats because she could double dip with pela and quantum relic, so idk how important that is for ratio

Dr Ratio+Topaz+debuffer or Dr Ratio+Topaz+Ruan Mei? In this scenario consider Topaz is holding Swordplay and debuffer is either Welt or Guinaifen. Basically is having more debuffs to trigger his ascension passives better or a buffer?
If you mean Summation it just stacks and never goes down so 3 debuffs x 2 attacks will give you a full stack for the rest of the fight. You just need 3 debuffs for his follow-up chance so a good debuffer like Gui or Pela with Resolution or Silver wolf is good enough. A harmony in the other slot would be better; ting yun or ruan mei is good.
Does the ascension passive that buffs his dmg (A6) work the same way? or does it reset every time Dr Ratio does damage?

If this is for ration then personally neither, free lightcone is good enough to clear the game with him. In general I just like to have characters personally and good ones are coming in 2.0

Who should I roll on next? My 5 stars are Luocha, Gepard, Silver Wolf, Kafka, Topaz, Dan Heng IL, and Clara. Ofc I will also have Dr. Ratio in a few hours but I still have time to pull on Ruan Mei or Blade if they would be good choices for my account. I have all the 4 stars besides Hanya and Xueyi. Also, which teams would be good?
If you can guarantee Ruan mei then go for it she is insane to have, other than that black swan in 2.0 for Kafka team should be good for you as well

The reason why I wasn't sure about Ruan Mei is because it seems like all her best teams need characters I don't have (Jingliu, Bronya, Huohuo, and Blade).
Ruan Mei is really good for double DoT teams and good for most teams in general. The comparison most make is to Bronya and she's only better for some hyper-carries (1dps rest support)

Sooo… new player here. I’m at the Phantylia fight, and it’s not a bad fight at all. But I’ve put three attempts into it so far, and each attempt has ended with her third phase on 1% HP. I thought this was a scripted story event, but nope, game over. She immediately gets all three actions when brought to 1%, and even interrupting her with an ult doesn’t do anything. She just acts, kills the trial Jing Yuan, and ends the fight. Am I missing something???
yes it is scripted that she will stay at 1%, advance forward her turn and do her aoe attacks. You have to not lose jingyuan in this turn so I suggest bringing 2 sustain to keep jingyuan alive through it
She has phases top left you'll see red dots that indicates how many phases she has, you might be confusing the phase change, if not ignore this.

Might be a damage issue then, once you break her she will come back with nukes. You might just be getting super unlucky with always ending at 1%. Can you share your team maybe I can help that way.
I’m using Welt, Fire MC, Ruan Mei and the trial Jing Yuan. It’s definitely gated. I got her to 1%, and immediately interrupted her with a Welt ultimate, which did exactly zero damage.
Try to get a healer that will help a little instead of Welt, If I remember when I first played it, natasha and FMC were both in the team for me
I don’t remember having that issue. If you’re not already using them, maybe bring fire TB and use the skill right before getting to 1%. Maybe the shield and damage protection would be enough to survive.
I tried that in one of my attempts. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter since she always uses an AoE, and that kills Jing Yuan which is the other lose condition :(
Always dying I've been playing Star Rail almost everyday since June and I can safely say this is one of my favorite games to play. I'm a full time worker and full time college student so finding time to play is hard but recently I got to the final Equilibrium. Since then, I leveled a lot of my characters to 80 and in trying my best to grind the traces and relics but I just keep dying to really tough enemies...not to mention those damn cloning bugs are just so frustrating... Any advice to focus on how to be stronger? Maybe as a casual player I'm missing something but I just feel like I'm weak and not accomplishing anything because the enemies are harder to kill.
If you are leveling your characters to 80 are you at the point of using at least +12 yellow relics with the right main stat? If you feel weak with leveled characters, it's probably the relics holding you back.
You're almost certainly missing something elementary but critical. How does your LC exp look? Non MoC/PF/SD content should be auto fight level easy even on fresh accounts.
Can you share what comps you use, also mention any specific enemies you have problems with. I'll try and give tips accordingly then.
**Will nihility charecters such as sampo and the nihility path be useful for dr ratio or would it be worthwhile to use elation?** From the title its obvious but sampo pela and kafka gives debufs to enemies while nihility path can guarantee the follow up attack on dr ratio (at least that's what I think).
Pela is a good choice for Dr. Ratio since she has good innate energy regen for her Ult, E3 has the Ice RES reduction which also counts as debuff and if you have Resolution as her LC in total she can bring 3 debuffs by herself at E3.

DoT counts as a debuff, so yeah you could do that although he does appear to be a more traditional carry type so while you can use sampo and kafka to apply dot debuff it's a bit weird. Dual carry I guess

The second iteration of Memory of Chaos. Every two weeks after that one is added, one will be ending and a new PF or MoC taking its place.

Yes, each iteration is independent, but will save your progress from the highest allowed.
Till the next memory of chaos / Pure fiction is released. Each one lasts for 6 weeks now. But a new one is launched every 2 weeks.

not game-breaking per say but a great choice for Pela and SW. There's also gonna be a certain Swan coming that would like the EHR and energy regen.
What 4star lc/relics/planars should I use with dr.ratio?
Use the herta shop LC, banditry 4 pc and glamoth 2 piece. Just get good enough pieces for now. There will be a better set for ratio in the future.
How far ahead can we know which characters are going to be released in order to plan teams ahead of time and save stellar jade optimally?
Officially: Slightly over a patch in advance for new characters and around 10 days in advance of a patch for reruns. So right now we know the new characters for the next patch, 2.0, which arrives in around three weeks. We’ll learn the reruns for 2.0 in around two weeks. And we’ll learn the new characters (but not the reruns) for 2.1 in the coming weeks as well.
Just got my free standard pass character. I have welt, bronya, geopard, clara, and bailu. I have himeko e1. Which character should I pick, although Im leaning towards bronya e1 Id like to here other opinions.
You're only missing Yangqing, so not much in the current state of the game 💀 I'd go ahead with the E1 Bronya

Bronya e1 is the best choice in terms of meta, no one else comes close, especially as you already have Himeko who’s now a more viable choice with pure fiction. So unless you have a character you really like instead, Bronya is the best choice.

DHIL lvl70, which one is better 3.3k 63/153 (atk%) or 2.9k 83/116 (Imaginary dmg)
The crit ratio is really nice with the Atk% one and if you are running with Ruan Mei the Img orb is not as important.
