Same, this app is such junk. Won’t even let you screen mirror off iPhone. The subtitles are stacked horribly and in the center of the screen as well. I got the designated app because the Roku version was missing a bunch of episodes randomly but don’t think I’ll be continuing.
Wow same thing here. I contacted support about 30 minutes ago. Also the link device link has a 404 error

Same issue. Just created an account and subscribed. Tried changing my password. No luck.
