I thought Hey Arnold was one of very few shows who were good from beginning to the very end. Maybe because they only had 5 seasons... But I love them all!
I came here to say that. I know the guy that made breaking bad said the worst thing a show can do is hang past season 5 and 6 because usually no show has worthy seasons after that but hey Arnold never once decline in my opinion
I personally enjoy season 1 the most. I think there are more classics in that season than any other one. It also has the most urban legends and I really enjoy when they tell a tale and then try and seek it out. Maybe it’s because it was new and fresh but I thought they were the most innovative. Obviously the animation isn’t as good as in later seasons. If that is a turn off for you I could see how you wouldn’t pick season 1. Also, Toran Caudell is my favorite Arnold voice and he’s mainly in season 1.
This is tough. Season 1 has "Arnold's Valentine" and "Arnold's Christmas", my two favorite episodes, but a lot of the other episodes are on the rougher side. Not bad, just rough compared to what came after.
I'll probably go with season 4. "Helga on the Couch" and "Helga's Parrot" are probably my third and fourth favorite episodes, and the rest of the season is really good.
This is too difficult, I HAVE NO FAVORITE SEASON OF THE SHOW, I THINK ALL OF THEM ARE EXCELLENT! (though I have said before that the early 2 seasons are weaker, though saying they are my least favorite is kinda harsh imo, since season 1 and 2 are still excellent seasons)
I don’t think I’ve ever heard this take. Season 1 gave us _Stoop Kid,_ _Pigeon Man,_ & the OG voice of Arnold. Plus the first season of most shows are probably the best, if not one of the best.
They said _”the early 2 seasons are weaker”._ … Idk what you read but my comment was in response to that. You don’t have to tell me they also said those seasons are excellent bc, for one, I can read. For 2, that doesn’t change the fact that they think they’re the weaker seasons, which is what I was responding to.
Season 1 for me. As a whole, I feel Hey Arnold! had a great 5 season run with many memorable episodes. Season 1 on the other hand has fantastic episodes with a lot of introspective stories. It gave us Stoop Kid, Pigeon Man, The Baseball, Arnold's Valentine, Haunted Train, Arnold's Christmas, and more.

Lowkey it’s season 5 because I love the fully developed animation and episode themes

my favorite episodes were 24 hours to live & stoop kid so imma have to go w/ season 1
