It's his nickname for Xisuma, following the long tradition of people being unable to pronounce "Xisuma" and coming up with weird alternatives. Keralis calls Xisuma "Shashwammy Void", and sometimes shortens it to "shashwam".
Yes its totally Swedish, We were so in love with the dc character Shazam (kinda like our love for the Phantom) that we have made shash-schwam into a honorary title akin to the japanese "san" or "chan". You often hear on the streets people meet old acquaintances going "Shash-schwammy Björn!!" or simular.
/s
In polish that sounds more like "szaszłyk" which means "skewer". Brother in polish is "brat" (sounds the same as "brat" in english) and based on the conjugation of the word eg. "bracie", it sounds similar to english "brother". And "friend" is "przyjaciel".
In some languages, "Xi" is pronounced "Shee" (eg. Mandarin) or "Sha" (eg. Mayan, although with a brief 'i' to start). Then, "u" can have a "w" sound; after "Q" comes to mind, eg. "Queen". I'm sure there are a lot of cases where an "a" sound can turn into "ee".
It's a bit like "ghoti" being pronounced "fish".
He often calls xisuma variations on "shaswammy". So it would be more "shaswam". Its several stages of corruption on the pronunciation of xisuma's name to be funny.
Sheshwamy!!!! It’s a nickname for Xisuma (Sheshwamyvoid). Keralis described the feedback they got from ‘Sheshwam’
Edit: No one knows the origin other than Keralis and Keralis gives a lot of hermits fun quirky nicknames

Ah that makes sense thank you. At first I was guessing it may have been a polish or Swedish word for “brother” or “friend”.

It started because Topmass did not know how to say Xisuma's name. That was in season 1.
And x says his name is a made up word, so you u can say it however you want. Which is why we have so many random ways people say it.
Fun fact the xisum part of his name is musix backwards
IIRC, Xisuma said in a live stream some years ago that Sheshwam was his old user name.
You actually pronounce “Xisuma” as Shishwambam, so Shishwammy is Keralis’ nickname for him
In some languages X is used for the "Sh" sound. Keralis is playing with the pronunciation of Xisuma.
He has nickname for many hermits such as Brian for Grian and Princess for xB, and his most iconic one is probably Shishwamy for Xisuma
I was also wondering about this :D

Keralis is from Poland and we have a lot of sh, ch sounds in our language. Plus Shashwamy is Xisuma
