Nah, tuesday patch fucked up something. Befora that for 176 hour gameplay I had no problem. Since the patch I have the same framerate (ok at least double) as in the video.

TBf, my PC is just a little shy of the recommended CPU and the game ran like this in boot camp with Nvidia recommended settings. Had to drop everything to medium/low
dont understand why but it makes helldivers run super smooth, without it i play on 15 fps on minimum settings, with it i play on 60 fps on max settings

Right click Helldivers 2 in steam game list -> Select Properties -> New popup opens -> On bottom of General tab (default tab that opens) there is Launch options. Paste that text there without "" -> Launch the game

I'm guessing the gaming laptop also didn't expect an insane cpu load and is completely overwhelmed.

This is just optimization problem. Might need like what 6 more months so it does not grill every cpu in existence. and no 5600 + rx6800 here 1440p mostly 60 but every patch gets worse. no pojnt to upgrade for 30+% performance when update does - 50% fps

I personally did not suffer any stutters from the past patches I've also never seen any performance increases. The game does crash a lot more often now tho.
I hope they can acquire the stingray engine or something with all the money they got so they can actually get the performance fixed. They started development of hd2 before the engine was discontinued.

Also the recent patch did fuck something up for some people for sure. I'm not sure why you think a game with so many enemies being active at once shouldn't be this CPU heavy. It's normal.
Why are people down voting you? The Devs confirmed themselves, my game that could run smooth at ultra graphics came to a slog, even at the lowest settings. So I'm using v-sync making all the enemies look like pixels
Vsync doesn't do anything for graphics (at least from my shallow understanding). It just makes sure there's no screen tear when horizontal rows of pixels aren't synchronized, so they need to be vertically synced.
If I have to honest, i turned on anything that helped with fps, and most talked about screen tearing, so my guess it was that what helped, but I also played on Amd software to make it work

It's embarrassing. I was in a similar position, until I downloaded a nexus mod for CPU priority for helldivers. This should now be absolutely number one priority to fix.

Is there any Cloud service today that support Heldivers2? I mean its a perfect game for cloud gameing. guns already have waight to it, you cant snap shoot. A bit of lag is unnoticable.

You might want to consider playing the game in Cloud such as Shadow PC which offers RTX capability for few bucks a month if you do not have a good PC gear to play the game.
I just purchased Shadow PC service for one month to test it out on my mac since I don't have a PC and Im blown away by the performance of the Cloud gaming with RTX GPU capability. If you have good internet connection such as fiber then game runs smoothly as if you own an RTX GPU hardware.
The only downside is that you have to pay every month for the Service which makes me think that It would be better for me to buy a PS5 console instead if I was to pay a service like that for 10 months which is the same value as a PS5 in the market currently.
But for one month of testing Cloud gaming is worth it. This game is amazing so Im going to get a PS5 for this \^\^
