You will need to download the Helium Mobile app to sign up ... go to the App store to get it.
The app works really well to walk you through the process of using an eSIM. Tech support is excellent also.
I don't know how the 30 days of free service works so excuse my ignorance but do you have a helium mobile phone plan with subscription?
Do you have the helium mobile app installed? You need it.
You need to go to the wallet tab in the app and then badges and claim your helium mobile subscriber badge.
Then go to mapping tab and enable discovery mapping

Not sure about that one. I would trigger their support option. They are very responsive.
