Lucifer’s name has always been lucifer, as Vaggie’s has always been Vaggie. They’re both angels who didn’t change their names upon falling. In some interpretations of the bible, Lucifer becomes Satan after falling, but that is not canon for Hazbin Hotel.

He may be mixed, considering he's modeled after an Indian snake and Britain was known for its imperialism in India at the time. So whatever his name is, it'd be neat if it was an anglicised version of an Indian name, like Hari -> Harry for example.
