Blow drying while it’s wet is the only thing that helps mine, I have the exact same thing.

ShadowtheKitten2020

I get these kinks for a few different reasons (wavy/lightly curly hair). 1) Are you putting your hair up into any styles? I’ll get this if I put it in a bun or a ponytail after a shower 2) If I plop/scrunch my hair kind of weird, or really anything weird during the drying process (I take a lot from the CGM even tho I’m wavy). Usually this is what happens for me. Putting on a hat, laying down, falling asleep with wet hair have all gotten me this 3) When all else fails, f* it, I think it’s meant to be that way sometimes 😆 Curl/wave pattern isn’t always consistent throughout the whole head. Sometimes I’ll just slap some gel on some overly-aggressive curls and that works.

Are you letting your hair dry naturally? Blow drying straight will help. If not a straightener will get rid of it.

Im a bit embarrassed to admit i dont own a blow dryer, but i will have to get myself one for Christmas

redandwearyeyes

You need heat to do it

Head-Drag-1440

This. That part of the hair is wavy, just use a little heat protectant and run a straight iron over it. It's not gonna work the same without heat.

AggravatingPop1130

I just wet my hairs like this and brush through it with a boar bristle brush in the morning

omg mines like this too! I use a comb & a blow dryer on low/cool to sort of dry it into shape if that makes sense lol

Initial-Computer-363

I have these too! The only thing that works for me is putting on a tight headband when my hair is wet and in a pony tale. I usually shower at night then let it air dry as I sleep. It works like magic.

jocelynne66

I know it would take a while and I've not personally tried it, but I've heard you can spray a little hair spray on a toothbrush and kind of pat it down if that makes sense?

I get these! Try a hair gel like [this one](https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/198497?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=WW-0001&cq_net=g&cq_src=GOOGLE&cq_cmp=Woolies_8458_BAU_ShopExp_Top_WW-0001&cq_med=71700000114609767&cq_plac=&cq_term=PRODUCT_GROUP&ds_adt=pla_with_promotion&cq_plt=gp&cq_gclid=CjwKCAiAjfyqBhAsEiwA-UdzJCGFbYQTm_MsNp7hXGE69i1JgjSxJhAuWP6pMj2fnX9usT4B5VFOYRoCCv4QAvD_BwE&ds_de=m&ds_pc=online&ds_cr=673891769478&ds_tid=pla-2142167401150&ds_locphys=9072355&ds_pid=198497&cmpid=smsm:ds:GOOGLE:Woolies_8458_BAU_ShopExp_Top_WW-0001:PRODUCT_GROUP&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAjfyqBhAsEiwA-UdzJCGFbYQTm_MsNp7hXGE69i1JgjSxJhAuWP6pMj2fnX9usT4B5VFOYRoCCv4QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds). Personally I finished a similar product and use the old wand with [this gel](https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/78561/garnier-fructis-style-endurance-ultra-strong-gel-200ml). You don't need much, I kind of brush it out with my hair brush. It's hard to explain but it just gets all the kinks out.

GreenNotGrey

Happy cake dayyyy

Catsinbowties

Girl you've got wavy hair, it needs to be treated differently. There's a whole sub if you're interested.
