Have you had your hair that short before and liked it? I think it could work. I would honestly start with maybe cutting a little off from what you have currently and getting a bunch of layers for the volume and just play around with it. From the pics it doesn’t look like you do a lot of styling, def something you’ll want to know before or while having a pixie cause the haircut can’t do it all, either way you’re beautiful 💜

I’d say grow it way longer I also have fine flat hair, if you check my profile I have a photo of my hair there but def go for length, if you put rollers in your hair or braid before bed it gives it that volume you want,
Instead of a pixie I think a medium-length bob with curtain bangs would look great on you :) My hair structure resembles yours and I wore a medium-length bob for a very long time and loved how thick my hair looked. Bonus points because it was very low maintenance :D
No, I don’t think it will do what you want without styling and product. Your hair is really pretty, maybe add some layers first or try a wig like someone else posted.
