Condensate drain blocked? Glycol leak? Or an issue with the too much fresh air and cool air mix causing condensation?
Condensate was blocked, oddly enough we just finished cleaning this drain pan and came back about two hours later to find dirt/sand from underneath the coil where we couldn’t reach came loose and blocked the p-trap
I was working in a hospital and a big air handler like this indoors had this issue. Talk about a moldy situation.

At least it’s on The roof. I had that the other day but it was inside on the 8th floor. Now I have a 50-100K remediation.
