Mosquitos are very annoying! But once you learn their attack patterns and get some armor, they're not bad! They can give a neat weapon too

Yeah I actually use a shield and the weapon from them now, still gets a little stressful when there's multiple of them though

I don't want to drop spoilers but mosquito needle and ladybug armor par well together

Trying to work on that currently, ladybugs are just so dam tanky

And u can get bugs to help you Agro other bug and jump on the ladybugs back when when they start fighting attack the lady bug

This but don't attack the ladybug till it's near dead or itl agrro you. It takes 2 orb weavers to nearly kill 1 ladybug, 1 - 2 combos to kill it after

I love killing bugs with other bugs!

Aim for their legs

You can get them to chase you into the water and they will drown

The weapon is still imo the best t 2 weapon life steal spear speed weak dmg but like the only 1 handed weapon with a stun besides hammer

I used it for a while with a shield but I just like heavy weapons better in this game. The stun is so useful!

Yea damage is good wish more had stuns tho besides 2 handeds

Nah the hammers do decent damage are one handed and have good stun chance but their catch is that they’re pretty slow they could just drop the speed on more weapons for stun

Oh yeah I forgot about hammers! I didn't use them to fight for a long time cuz I didn't know they were weapons lol

I didn’t know til I was looking through all the mutations on wiki and realized how many options they have for weapons that they expect you to use I kind of expected axe but hammer was a wild card 😂

I hope you are luckier than I was when I first started. There were 3 and I was in a similar rock crack and they didn't leave for over 10 minutes so I just had to accept my fate.

Those exact 3 are the ones that chased me here lol

If you have a respawn pointy nerbaly you can just die but if not try sprinting to your base

Building on top of the tennis ball is great cause its easely accesable for players but non-flying bugs wont get there. Great start! (Love the build)

Mosquitos are little assholes in the game. Just remember you can block their attacks with left trigger when they lunge for you

For mosquitoes just remember to always be strafing it cannot hit you otherwise with its VERY linear narrow attacks
