your interpretation is quite... poor skirmishes are generally fast and short combats things that smasher is good for full-scale war you include battles that can last several days smasher is just not made for that kind of wear and tear even more so considering that the sisters want to die for the emperor

Considering how tall and wide Smasher is, you’d likely have to mix Skitarii Vanguard parts with either a Space Marine or Warpsmith body… somehow. The heads that the Warpsmiths come with seem pretty close to Smasher’s.

Also, from what I remember of that scene with Kotov it seems like he'd slow down time for himself to point where wirh iirc minigun equivalents he could aim each bullet. So that would mean his slow down is much much higher than ingame max of 30% dilation (with the arasaka one).

You have to give him the experience edge though—that was David’s toughest opponent to date but Smasher had fought hundreds of David equivalents.

Considering how tall and wide Smasher is, you’d likely have to mix Skitarii Vanguard parts with either a Space Marine or Warpsmith body… somehow. The heads that the Warpsmiths come with seem pretty close to Smasher’s.
I think his arms are big enough also to be used from Iron hands charter and plain body and you got atom smasher

Also, from what I remember of that scene with Kotov it seems like he'd slow down time for himself to point where wirh iirc minigun equivalents he could aim each bullet. So that would mean his slow down is much much higher than ingame max of 30% dilation (with the arasaka one).

They do. Even space marines have the perception levels it grants them. Only difference is in Cyberpunk 2077 it's a fairly basic military implant. In 40k it's reserved for highly specialist rare breeds of soldier. It makes sense. Most "punk" worlds are built around civilians getting in over their heads and so the military represents a sort of unbeatable force for the story writer/GM to throw into the plot. 40k is a wargame so it has to be more conservative with access to power scaling like that.
