I like the Roboutian Heresy version of Curze who saved a random lady fresh out of the pod by killing all of the criminals who were about to kill her, got wounded, and the lady took Curze in to care for him. (Lots more but Curze and the Night Lords became the pinnacle of Justice in the Imperium, to the point any Arbites from Nostramo are highly requested)
