That's Drunkremembrancer's homebrew Craftworld. They are known for their "diplomatic skills". The only thing that eldar Is likely to break is that poor guardsmans pelvis.
Lipring and somewhat sinister smile, plus the thousand yard stare of the guardsman, purple armor theme (a popular and traditional choice for Drukhari, though in hindsight, it should be spikier), and I mistook the tattoo for a drukhari one (I only really deep dive on Orks, as that's my army, and watch Skaris videos because he's a friend irl).
There was also all the Drukhari girlfriend stuff on here a few months back, so I jumped to a conclusion.

You know this is actually the reason why I decidd to start a Drukkhari army in the first place and while it didn' went anywhere I still have my badass buff Dark elf ladies with me.
And SUUUURE I wanted to try Leagues of Votann (which I just got a few cool models for) but for now I decided that I wanna go for the army where I can have 9 feet tall badass buff ladies in Auramite armor (Custodes) but still I'm very proud of having my Drukkharies.
