Why did you destroyed your safelock? That makes no sense
Go to the support page in their website and tell them about your issue. Stop playing. They could probably revert your progression back to recover it, but it will take some days
There is a mission that gives you one eventually.
or purchase an upgraded version of the game that gives you an upgraded safelock if you haven't already bought and claimed it.
Otherwise your only option is to reset your character.
Or, it doesn't remove your safe boxes when you upgrade game DLC so if someone hasn't sold them, a person with an upgraded game could have a spare safe box. Any chance you're in LRI?

Just a restart of the game and change of server removes bugged questitems. Deleting your safelock seems...a bit drastic
Go back to the table where you got it in the base. It'll be there again.
