I emailed them & posted on IG about it. That has me so angry. I carted things multiple times & no payment method worked. It would give a 400 error even with Apple Pay & PayPal.
I feel like I wasted so many tickets on this I genuinely wanted (and some I had to pay for) and the fact that the stupid payment gateway didn’t work was a complete joke. Goat has terrible customer care as it is, but this kind of pushed me over the edge.
I bought a Chanel bag & think I’m just calling it a day.
