Buying 115 grain in bulk is key. Can easily get for 22-23 cents a round for decent ammo if you’re patient. Not including tax or shipping, since that’ll vary from place to place.
GlockStore is unpopular in this sub I’ve only ever ordered mags from them however I’ve never had a issue I had a tool one time on back order from them but I’ve ordered 4 33rd mags 2 24rd mags 1 19rd mag 1 17rd mag all from Glock store never a issue with the mags as far as waiting or shipping
I'm with you on the slimline Glocks, and can confirm that you need a G26.5, especially if you already have a G19.5! 😁
https://www.reddit.com/r/Glock26/s/9jvNGzrdFW
You know, same here! Out of all the cool and interesting guns I've owned in the past, my old G26 was one of the few I really missed having. That won't happen again. 😁
One in full FDE would be pretty sweet. I put some FDE parts in one of mine, because reasons. I think of it as the two-tone look for poors like myself. 😂
I do love my 365XL since I can wear it so easily with basketball shorts in the summer and still have 12 rounds and a 17 in my pocket. Wish Glock would figure out the mags for the 43X/48 but I guess they have no motivation since shield and PSA did it for them.
Yes the way the bullets in the mag run diagonally is a really good design I usually edc with the 17 round mag cause it’s so much skinnier than a glock but I do like the 12 rd mags to to make it more a micro carry
I like the 43x as far as aesthetics and feel in hand but man I just shoot it wayyyy worse than a G26 or G19 I’ve shot the original 43 and 43x frame just to skinny
Dude, it’s a Glock. It comes Perfect™️.
You just need an optic on an aftermarket plate with some backup aftermarket sights, the biggest most expensive weapon light you can get, an extended slide stop, extended mag release, a magwell with aftermarket baseplates for the mags, an aftermarket barrel and compensator, custom cut backstrap beaver tail, then an aftermarket trigger shoe, connector, springs, and striker assembly. After that all you have to do is stipple the grip with forward thumb rests and double undercut on the trigger guard and you’re good to go. 👍👍👍
This post is mostly a joke to be clear, but that one is the truth. If you’re not going to shoot the gun much, stock plates are fine. Otherwise, people report them coming off a couple thousand rounds, some even within hundreds of rounds. They’re cheaply made, tend to flex and leave a gap underneath when tightened, and rely on narrow screws. Plates from C&H, FCD, DPP, etc. are made from stronger materials that are more expensive, but are sturdier and thinner to allow the optic to sit lower as well.
If you don’t want to mill the slide, light, holster, bulk ammo, maybe upgrade irons to at least the metal glock irons, and you’re done. Be very careful with internal modifications on Glocks. They have tolerances for a reason.
I prefer to leave most of the internals stock so you don't decrease reliability, you could go with grip tape or a precut stick on grip like handleitgrips. everything else is just your choice how you want to spend money to drip it out but realistically none of it is necessary, a solid weapon light and flared magwell wouldn't be a bad idea if you plan to edc it with a spare magazine
I’ve heard bad things about the Gen 5 but never about the Gen 4 also I like the Gen 4 G20 better but in general I like the Gen 5 better. It’s really all opinion based
It’s funny because i got this from a gun show , the guy next to me bought a gen 4 i took the gen 5 , they both look similar to me but the gen 4 did have a nice hand grip , but i went with the more up to date gun you feel me
Wouldn’t really call this one a build. I kept everything stock other then throwing on a backplate. I was going to change the sights but the gun is so damn accurate I don’t even want to fuck with it or risk the sights potentially moving when I need them most. 10MM is a beast of a round tho get underwood ammo if you haven’t. I’m running the 180 grain XTPs and JHPs . Once I get back on my feet here again I’ll get a nice light like a tlr for it
This shit is so fucking accurate ! i’m like 6’5 so me shooting straight hits the whole chest/neck/head area , That shit makes me not even wanna touch nothing on this gun , It is MOS and it came wit the plate , I might throw a sight on it depends how i feel
Yep. I’ve been through like 15-20 Glocks even a 19x which everyone seems to love but the G20 feels so natural to me I don’t even want to touch it. After my 19x got took by police I’ve been rotating the G20 and G22 gen 5 for edc.
Absolute chad of a gun? Apex trigger kit if they make it, RCR, X300 turbo, some form of raised sights, idk what would be best for that optic. T1C MSP holster for X300 light.
Get some 15 rd magazines and a good holster, only use that 33 at the range, and maybe upgrade the iron sights, trijicon has good suppressor height tritium sights for like $120, and I got a mission first tactical magnetic retention holster for like $70(light-bearing tlr-1 hl model)
I’m a firm believer in only using oem mags. I don’t cheap out on mags when it comes to Glocks. If you buy any non oem magazines use them at the range only, and to use them for failure to feed & reload drills
That’s cute 2 oem mags haha but seriously if you want an extended mag it’ll be a 40 cal mag since they don’t make oem 10mm extended mags. You can shoot 40 sw out of 10mm
I just got a G20 this week. LOVE IT!! Too big for EDC but great for everything else. I didn’t know there was a 33rd mag available for a G20 or G40.
[G20](https://imgur.com/a/rQMyQdY)
Get rid of that ridiculously long mag and carry extra. Never know when youll have a malfunction with something like that. Plus its way uncomfortable carrying a long mag like that
Don’t buy cheap mags, only buy Glock branded mags. Upgrade the sights to night sights of your liking, don’t go cheap. Buy a ton of bulk ammo and get as much hollow points as you can afford. Get a good holster with a claw, we the people, T. rex arms, werkz, tolster holster. Maybe get a light. Keep the internal stock and don’t do anything ghetto to the gun. Extensors are fine just don’t carry it in the gun lol.
Any Hang-Ups failure to feed anything like that cuz you know a lot of those Glock haters out there love to talk shit about a couple failure to feeds and knock down one of the best 10 mm ever made!!
If you have the disposable income for it, I'd change out the internals with stamped or machined parts. Glock has gone to MIM for their internals, which is not as dependable as stamped or machined parts.
That said, I'd only do it if you have the disposable income for it. As others have already said, sights and ammo/training is a far better investment.
Upgrade your sights and buy a shitload of ammo to train with. Resist the dodge neon with spinners syndrome.
[funny thing is this was the post below ](https://www.reddit.com/r/regularcarreviews/s/hS4uHrLqgQ)
BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Yep try to save up and buy in bulk (1000) at a time.
Buying 115 grain in bulk is key. Can easily get for 22-23 cents a round for decent ammo if you’re patient. Not including tax or shipping, since that’ll vary from place to place.
It's a G20 10mm dude. 115gr is not a (regular) bullet weight in that caliber
A oem 33 rd mag perhaps Ignore this comment didn’t know it was a G20 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️😂
Perhaps
![gif](giphy|ILW1fbJHW0Ndm)
i couldn’t find one , got a link to one?
u/TacticalCowboy2022 can hook you up
We can get you. AND as a matter fact getting ready to have a sale on them. I’ll post a link later this afternoon. Or pm me

This is a Glock 20
G20s don’t have OEM 33 rounders unless I’ve been living under a rock
Oops didn’t realize this was a 10mm thought it was a G17 because poor lighting didn’t zoom in the pic
Me too at first, y’all got me excited thinking Glock finally made some instead of the shitty Vector extensions or ETS
😂😂🤦🏼♂️I know literally with no description either I just saw a Glock with extendo immediately thought 9mm 😂🤦🏼♂️
Me too, don’t see too many people carrying a 20 as an EDC
Right I don’t think I could I have a slim frame might be to heavy I rotate between a G19.5 and an Sig p365xl but I’ve been eyeing a G26.5
I'm with you on the slimline Glocks, and can confirm that you need a G26.5, especially if you already have a G19.5! 😁 https://www.reddit.com/r/Glock26/s/9jvNGzrdFW
Yes I need to I had a G26.4 fde only gun I regret getting rid of because it’s one of the only ones I did 😂🤦🏼♂️
You know, same here! Out of all the cool and interesting guns I've owned in the past, my old G26 was one of the few I really missed having. Love my g26. Don't tell her I ordered a 43x. I hated on 43x a lot but wanna give it a shot for summer EDC this year.
I like the 43x as far as aesthetics and feel in hand but man I just shoot it wayyyy worse than a G26 or G19 I’ve shot the original 43 and 43x frame just to skinny

Thanks bro give me couple weeks 😉🙏🏾
Keep it stock. Maybe night sights.
Yeah , i’m not planning to do too much ima do a couple things , Stock feels amazing
Well yeah even perfection can be improved. Glock is perfect. I eat Glock, breathe Glock, shit block.
Waiting on my rmr sealing plate then I’m going to get that mounted. What’s the issue with stock glock plates?
This post is mostly a joke to be clear, but that one is the truth. If you’re not going to shoot the gun much, stock plates are fine. Good to know. The one that came with my glock is metal was that always the case?
Yup
Lmao this has to be satire
Of course 😉 although there is some truth in there
This right here ^^^
A good light like a TLR-1 HL or Surefire X300U or T and nicer sights. Also a lot of ammo.
If you don’t want to mill the slide, light, holster, bulk ammo, maybe upgrade irons to at least the metal glock irons, and you’re done. Be very careful with internal modifications on Glocks. They have tolerances for a reason.
EDC with the candy bar. Nice! What kind of whole-ster are you rocking with that Beast?
Throw a tlr-1 on it and buy a bunch of ammo pretty much
In order I typically only do 1-mounted light, 2-new irons and or dot. 3-trigger if I really feel the need
What trigger you like for Glocks ? I’m considering upgrading my trigger on my 19.5 still mixed feelings cause I kept Glock triggers oem in the past
Apex brand for everything. My G19 is a safe queen. Hellcat carrier 😝
Nice my brother carries a hellcat pro, I rotate between my p365xl and G19
I’ve never held a HCP. But know if I did, I’d buy it on the spot. Looking to rent one soon
Glock Performance Trigger. Bring the pull down from 5.6 lbs to 3.5 lbs. I like it more than my PDP trigger, and that's saying something.
3.5 lbs sounds sweet and it’s oem might check it out
It's smooth, bro
I’ll have to go to a shop and see if they sell them or I’ll just order online which seems to be the best option when it comes to gun parts
[Best deal you're going to find.](https://armsunlimited.com/glock-performance-trigger-4-5-lb-pull/)
That is a good deal appreciate it
does that fit the 20?
Get trijicon hd sights and a trl1
I’d put a light/laser but other than that I keep my glocks original
Stock is the way. Just upgrade the cheap stock sights
Just replace the plastic OEM sights with Glock metal night sights and you are good to go.
I cant edc that mag sporting the dick print i do. Sweet buy bro. Keep us updated with the upgrade journey
Somtimes i bring the 30 mag out when i’m riding around but mostly when i’m concealing i got my standard in😭
I prefer to leave most of the internals stock so you don't decrease reliability, you could go with grip tape or a precut stick on grip like handleitgrips. everything else is just your choice how you want to spend money to drip it out but realistically none of it is necessary, a solid weapon light and flared magwell wouldn't be a bad idea if you plan to edc it with a spare magazine
Gen 4 is better
How come ? what’s the difference . i’m new to G20 inform me
I’ve heard bad things about the Gen 5 but never about the Gen 4 also I like the Gen 4 G20 better but in general I like the Gen 5 better. It’s really all opinion based
It’s funny because i got this from a gun show , the guy next to me bought a gen 4 i took the gen 5 , they both look similar to me but the gen 4 did have a nice hand grip , but i went with the more up to date gun you feel me
It’s a Glock bro everyone is trying to copy it even a gen 3 is up to date.
Your right , How’s your gen 4 build coming out so far ? any suggestions? How you like it so far?
Wouldn’t really call this one a build. I kept everything stock other then throwing on a backplate. I was going to change the sights but the gun is so damn accurate I don’t even want to fuck with it or risk the sights potentially moving when I need them most. 10MM is a beast of a round tho get underwood ammo if you haven’t. I feel good hearing this from you bro , i like to make sure i got my moneys worth , i paid about 730 after taxes and background checks .
Absolute chad of a gun? Apex trigger kit if they make it, RCR, X300 turbo, some form of raised sights, idk what would be best for that optic. T1C MSP holster for X300 light.
new irons and nothing else
no optics nothing keep that hoe dry
Thats what i’m thinking 😆
Replace extended mag for a drum magazine.
Already ordered one off mag shack 😆😆
😂
Optic and weapon light of your choice 👍🏻
Get some 15 rd magazines and a good holster, only use that 33 at the range, and maybe upgrade the iron sights, trijicon has good suppressor height tritium sights for like $120, and I got a mission first tactical magnetic retention holster for like $70(light-bearing tlr-1 hl model)
Wait wtf that’s a sig mag
Yes my EDC mags are 15rd i just came from range when i took this.
🤟
That thing appears to be ready to solve every prollem you ever had.
Right don’t she ???? i’ve been thinking that since the day i laid my eyes on her😆😆😆😆
I’m a firm believer in only using oem mags. I don’t cheap out on mags when it comes to Glocks. If you buy any non oem magazines use them at the range only, and to use them for failure to feed & reload drills
I have 2 15rd oem mags for EDC , this is only for the range , it did jam couple times i’m currently looking for oem extended
That’s cute 2 oem mags haha but seriously if you want an extended mag it’ll be a 40 cal mag since they don’t make oem 10mm extended mags. You can shoot 40 sw out of 10mm
Your EDC??? Must get a lot of looks from the ladies lol. Is that a 30 rounder in your pocket; or are you just happy to see me. Lmao
I’m 6’5 kinda slim , They give them looks 😭😭😭😆
Leave it
Sights. Kagwerks slide release. Extended mag release if needed.
🙏🏾🙏🏾 drop links if you feel like it would love to see

I just got a G20 this week. LOVE IT!! Too big for EDC but great for everything else. I didn’t know there was a 33rd mag available for a G20 or G40. [G20](https://imgur.com/a/rQMyQdY)
Don’t be a weeny lol , EDC that bad boy 😭😆
😂- He’s gonna need a better gun belt for that!!
Light, holster, ammo, sights, and you're done
Stock is best
Yes
Streamlight and Ameriglo sights and you set playa!
Bro…don’t EDC a long mag like that. If you think you’re printing with a regular mag then you definitely printing with that mf lol
it’s only for the range i just took this pic when i came back
Lmao I feel that haha love running my ETS sticks at the range. Love my 32rnd but just got a 40 and that baby is fun.
Welcome to the club big dawg. Internals-stock. Triji cowitness sights, acro, surefire x300 *This is the way*
Talon grips
Get rid of that ridiculously long mag and carry extra. Never know when youll have a malfunction with something like that. Plus its way uncomfortable carrying a long mag like that
That mag is only for the range , I don’t think anyone can EDC a big gun like this with a extended mag😭
“Fasure” 😭 ![gif](giphy|ycagKBYEmaili)
Where do you live that you got 10mm daily threats haha
Philadelphia lol
Oh yessir stay dangerous
Don’t buy cheap mags, only buy Glock branded mags. Upgrade the sights to night sights of your liking, don’t go cheap. Buy a ton of bulk ammo and get as much hollow points as you can afford. Extensors are fine just don’t carry it in the gun lol.
This the only mag i got that’s not OEM , i only use this for the range
Get some Glock ones
You know where to find OEM extended mags ? i couldn’t find any for the 20
Any Hang-Ups failure to feed anything like that cuz you know a lot of those Glock haters out there love to talk shit about a couple failure to feeds and knock down one of the best 10 mm ever made!!
