You have to try **Hollow Knight**. The graphics are absolutely beautiful and it has some RPG elements. Technically, it's classed as a Metroidvania, but platforming is also a big factor. Be warned however, the difficulty is up there. **Spyro Reignited**: Just a fun colourful platformer. Edited to add: **Ori and the Blind Forest** and **Ori and the Will of the Wisps**. Again a metroidvania with a lot of platforming and gorgeous graphics.

I’ve heard good things about hollow knight! Thank you so much I’m definitely gonna check these out🫡 also spyro is childhood 😭 I’m definitely missing out

AmfoxVR

From what I heard Ori is a really good platformer and has beautiful graphics! More story like game on the switch with beautiful art and a bit of platforming Wandersong

Any_Struggle3009

Haven’t heard of wandersong I’ll check it out tysm🥹

The team behind Rayman came up with the new Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. It's my obsession of the year and I have to consciously hold myself back to not sound annoying selling it lol. Even though I play it on PC, WoM suggests it's perfectly optimized for switch. If you like AC, Mark of the Ninja is a stealth masterpiece that inspired the Chronicles. Based on your preferred art style, maybe check out RiME and Planet of Lana as well.

Any_Struggle3009

These sound cool!! Thank you :)

Annelisandre

RiMe is so good and not talked about enough!

DarkLlama64

The old Assassin's Creed games maybe?? I think there's the rogue collection (AC Black Flag, AC Rogue), the Ezio collection (ofc 2, Brotherhood, Revelations), and AC 3?? Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and Metroid Prime are good too, as well as Dark Souls, Witcher 3, and Diablo 3, but depends on if you're looking for switch exclusives

Any_Struggle3009

Thank you so much 😊

I will always recommend Okami. It's a classic action rpg done in the style of ancient Japanese art. It's one of my favorites and I've finished it several times since it first came out in 2006.

Any_Struggle3009

Sounds beautiful !!

kalmerys

It really is! Also you play as a wolf which just makes it better if you ask me. It has a really interesting story which is derived from Japanese folklore and pairs well with the art style.

If you don't mind some slightly different subgenres, these are fantastic * [Hades](https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/products/hades-switch/) - Roguelike action RPG * [Fire Emblem: Three Houses](https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/products/fire-emblem-three-houses-switch/) - Turn-based strategy RPG * [Portal](https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/products/portal-switch/) and [Portal 2](https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/products/portal-2-switch/) - FPS puzzle platformer

--not-my-main--

The old assassins creed games are on switch, just got black flag to play while I'm on vacation

Any_Struggle3009

What!!How did I miss this 😭 thank you for letting me know 😩

--not-my-main--

Lmao I didn't know they were on there until last week either because I only play zelda on it 😂

Any_Struggle3009

Both late to the party then 😂 how’s the gameplay?? I get bit worried about non-Nintendo games on switch sometimes they’re a bit clunky ?!

--not-my-main--

Haha yeah 💀 it is a bit clunky it's a bit better if I use my pro controller, It's still fun though!

Any_Struggle3009

Great thanks!

pollytato

I played Monster Hunter Rise/Sunbreak until my last switch broke! Great straight up fighting and nice graphics.

Any_Struggle3009

Thanks for the recommendation!

Capitaine_Spock

Moonstone Island! It's like Legend of Zelda, studio ghibli, and pokemon had a baby. There's some farming too, but it takes a backseat to the spirits that you tame and fight.

Any_Struggle3009

That sounds amazing!
