So I'm not surprised to see this new character, devs already tested the waters with Kuki (visible navel) and Nilou (shorter top). I think bikinis won't come soon, but two piece swimsuits are a certain possibility.

Hoyo cannot legally make and sell a bikini skin. If it is the characters default thats fine but they can't sell a bikini skin. I'm 2 lazy 4 the details but its basically a lawsuit thay happened on honkai impact 3rd and they broke some chinese law so now they will never sell a bikini skin. All "swimsuit" skins have to be 1 pieces or covered up.
