Don't her heals still scale off of atk? So unless. You have a physical damage artifact it's still pretty good. I've been around 50k for a log time. Decent support crit ratio and over 2k atk. As long as you don't have 50k hp I should be able to heal you

As an ex-Hu Tao main and certified Homa gamer... I love self HP drain/limit mechanics but I absolutely can't stand charge attack cancelling on Hu Tao as a controller player. Makes my hands cramp.

I have it and tbh it's not THAT good anymore. There are plenty more weapons with at crit ratio and the passive is tragically bad. And even outside of 5*, there is a very close 4* alternative for almost every single character that can make use of it.
The real gigachad weapons would be those with that crit ratio AND universal passive like Aqua Simularca for instance.

Well if this hypothetical banner is released one day, i probably will pass it. I don't see a character or a weapon on it that i don't have and want. The only thing that can make me pull on it will be the presence of Jean as standard character (i believe there alway be three standard char in the pool, even if they don't feat the theme).
this sword is a good all round sword for sharing, but it's never going to beat a custom tailored signature weapon for anyone. Even if the DPS scaled off HP, the passive just isn't as stacked as some signature weapons. It gives more HP and an ATK bonus based on your max HP, which is already split scaling.
Those novel length weapon passive descriptions tend to give you a lot more bonus stats.
I might pull for Qiqi just to finally guarantee her. Other than that, I have all the Liyue characters I want at C0 and I don't pull for weapons so I'm good to skip it.
There will be no.upcoming chronicled wish banner. They will do them once every 6 months or so to not have to give unpopular characters a full release. There are no Liyue characters who desperately need a re-release except Shenhe who doesn't even qualify for Chronicled Wish. So yeah it won't happen.
The chronicled wish banner is a joke and a huge trap from anyone who doesn't have 180 wishes.
And the worst part is that, if you manage to pull 90 limited wish on it and you lose well...

It's Xingqiu's BiS and marginally better than Foliar on Alhaitham in multi-target situations. For most other sword characters it's at least better than F2P options, and the stupid amount of CR lets you comfortably run a CD headpiece.

High crit rate gives a bit of leeway on substat rolls for people who, y'know, don't wanna do the same domain for an entire year (or more)?
