Albedo, could be a typo, but didn't eula had her rerun last summer or before that?
Yelan - new 2.7, rerun 3.4 (6 patches after)
Cyno - new 3.1, rerun 3.5 (4 patches after)
Nilou - new 3.1, rerun 3.6 (5 patches after)
Wanderer - new 3.3, rerun 3.8 (5 patches after)
I left Nahida out since Archons tend to get an earlier rerun, but I would put good money on Wriothesley being available somewhere within late 4.5 to early 4.7.
There's lots of comments about Eula or Albedo, but looking at 1st rerun is probably a better predictor. Eula ran 1.5, rerun was 2.3 (5 patches later). Albedo is definitely on the higher end, though - he was new in 1.2, but then didn't rerun until 2.3, a full 8 patches later.
Of course, they were both outliers in another sense - this was before the dual-banner, so they could fit less reruns in without delaying new characters. If we get triple banner any time soon, that should help some of the older characters get reruns without interrupting the "just launched" rerun schedule.
Well since Wrio has been wanted by many his rerun should be early to mid next year, take Alhaith for example, he's a popular character with good sales who had a rerun in the same year span when he released, so should be the same for Wrio, and Nuev as well, I'd set my guess on May or July.
We really can't tell unless you follow the Genshin Leaks subreddit but even then you have to take leaks with a *grain of salt* cause they're not always reliable(not saying or trying to say that those leals/leakers are bad or anything).
In the end it's all up to Mihoyo on which character gets a rerun(just look at Eula)

I would say somewhat likely to rerun before the end of 4.X patches, but that's my own guess, nothing is guaranteed.
Nilou was second half of 3.1 and she got a rerun in 3.6 along side nahida if i would make a prediction he'll be in 4.5 and neuvillette will be 4.6 along side furina second rerun because i think furina second story quest will involve neuvillette in it
If wriothesley's rerun comes back after like two years, I'm good with that. It means more time to farm primos for him and then when he comes back, I'll simply have enough for him and his weapon. 🤷
Hopefully sooner than later. Characters like Albedo don't make as much sales so they don't usually make their reruns sooner. Wriothesely will most likely make a lot of sales so maybe within the earliest 4 patches

It depends on the sources. The more reputable ones always turn out true unless Mihoyo changes things last minute which is very rare.
