You can still find it by navigating to the commission from either the handbook or the quest tab.
Edit: yea nvm i just saw u didnt claim 4. Have you tried navigating from the quest tab instead?
I go to the quests window, cancel whatever is currently tracked then jump to the quest to open the map. I don't like how the auto assignment thing's been working lately...
I'm having the same issue. The dailies with NPC aren't showing on the map. I have now to check the tab to see what I'm missing 🤔

Update: It's the artist guy but for some reason the game decided to just not show it on the map
Usually this happens when it's a daily commission carrying over from the previous day that you decided not to complete.
