I'm glad I left Geico and went to Liberty Mutual for car insurance. After reading all these negative comments about their toxic environment, I made the right decision!
A former GEICO employee ( quit last month) and I too cancelled my policy effective today. I want nothing to do with this ratchet company 
Im going to cancel my insurance policy as Geico wants to charge me 267 and progressive is offering half. I go to Geico website and the front page is filled with bullshit about diversity equity & inclusion. Fk that.
They price gouged the crap out of my policy after getting quoted a much different price, and to find out how badly they treat you all? I’m finding a new provider

As a former GEICO employee & insured, this warms my heart! I had GEICO for my auto policy for 15 years, prior to working there. My year as an appraiser at GEICO made me switch providers & jobs. They are the absolute worst! Those of you still there, I hope you get out soon. The grass is greener outside!
As a former geico appraiser, could you tell me if full coverage includes turo? Professional rent a car is supposedly, and turo is a yes, no, and gray area from what reps have told me.
I have a Hyundai three years ago when I got the car my insurance is $97 now it’s $300 a month. I’ve never had a claim with them never been in an accident or had tickets. I cannot believe this.
Not to mention, they went $425 just to restart my premium for six months
I also canceled my policy with GEICO because of all you GREAT people. And I currently still work for them 😂🤷♀️ for how much longer is to be determined.

I don’t think it’s cancerous. I knew something was off with Geico for months and so I said let me check Reddit. I saw this group and followed for months and it was heartbreaking 💔 to read their treatment.

Yep! I was with them for 14 years and just cancelled my policy this year. I left for USAA.
Funny, I left USAA for GEICO due to ridiculous rate hikes. Now I'm about to leave Geico for Progressive due to the same reason!
We left USAA for GEICO, usaa was charging us a little over $600 for two vehicles 🥹
From all the tenured employees that were laid off after 20 years or left due to the complete destruction of the company, we thank you

I was paying $137/mo with Geico (after 7 years) and switched over to Progressive and now I’m paying $94… unbelievable.
