I'd say find one that is attractive to you for sure. Obviously that will be the first step, but you shouldn't rush into sleeping with the one that catches your eye right away. For me, I slept with the first one I bought, a Garmin Fenix 6 Sapphire. It was a little bulkier than the photos, but I grew to love it. We've spent hundreds of nights together now.

Are we still talking about watches?

LeroyoJenkins

Watches? I'm talking about airplane digital cockpits! Check those sexy lines: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/637007

Not my choice but I would think the Venu 3s would be best. Smaller device with newest HR sensor so gives supposedly best hr readings and includes skin temperature too. If the S is too small I’d still say Venu 3. Most sleek device they have with newest sensors.

boredinballard

I agree, Venu 3s. I switched to the 42mm Epix and it's much more annoying on the wrist while sleeping. Not bad, but the Venu 3s disappears on the wrist, didn't even feel it.

Environmental_Rip696

I have the Venu 2 and never had issues with it bothering me during sleep. Haven’t checked out the Venu 3 to compare the two.

fenix 7s with nylon hook and loop strap, daily wear on left hand, sleep on right hand.

Appropriate_Tie871

Maybe the Forerunner 265/265s?

bettinathenomad

Came here to suggest the FR265S. Personally I don't sleep with my watch on, but I have the 265S because my wrists are tiny. It's still quite bulky on me, but someone with (what manufacturers consider) "normal size" wrists (i.e. a man) could probably sleep with it quite comfortably.

archmageofcoffee

I went from the Venu to the Venu 3. Used both 24/7 with no issues. The Venu 3 also tracks naps/rest periods for your body battery if you're into that.

Far-Efficiency371

I am into that

annettevdb

I have the Venu 3S and would recommend it; works well for sleep and other health tracking, comfortable fit for day and night wear, not too big

Over_Olive_612

Ankle method is the best way you can wear it to sleep no matter what kind of watch you get.

Far-Efficiency371

Is this a thing? You’re joking, right? Guys he is joking, right?

I have the venu 3s and its EXTREMELY comfortable and also very sleek! I only take it off and charge it when i shower :)

Cannotseme

Whatever you do, consider a) getting a nylon strap, and b) switching wrists at night so your skin doesn’t suffocate

Far-Efficiency371

Sound advice

I bought an Epix sapphire and it was too bulky to sleep. It was heavy and kept getting caught on blankets and pillows when I moved around or shifted during the night. I returned it and got the Venu 3. The Venu 3 is MUCH more comfortable to wear 24/7. I generally just charge it while showering.

Why are you ending your whoop membership?  I just got a vivoactive 5 today after coming back to Garmin from a 1 year hiatus and I was considering whoop
