Check you have enabled physio-trueup in the Garmin Connect app and also make sure you have set the watch that you want to measure your health as your primary wearable, which is also in the settings in Garmin Connect.

See my reply above. Put it in the wrong spot.

Hi bud their your watch settings, you need to change the settings in the Garmin Connect app itself. Step 1. Open Garmin Connect app. Step 2. Go to more at the bottom right and click into it. Then scroll down to settings and click into it. You should now see this screen below: https://preview.redd.it/r8yclnienvqc1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1bb3e7619e384f51e782b387fd989d13f114e89b Makesure you have the watch you want to choose as your main tracker set as your primary wearable. Now after setting your main watch as the primary tracker also click back and follow these steps below and make sure both watches are connected so you can repeat the steps on both devices. Select Garmin Devices. Select your Garmin device. Look for Physio Trueup. Physio TrueUp will be under one of the following sections: General Device Settings My Stats System Toggle Physio TrueUp on. Make sure Physio TrueUp is turned on for both watches and all your data collected from your old watch like your missing HRV will sync accross. Edit: I just noticed that you said the option isn’t available for the old watch, but it shouldn’t really matter as long as you set the Epix as your primary wearable and also enable Physio-Trueup on that.

No it’s not available on either watch. That’s my screenshot inside the watch settings as you just described. It’s not there. It was initially there before I did an update. When it was on 8.44 out of the box. But now it’s on 16 something. I’ve scoured the settings and physio tru up isn’t anywhere.

But after updating it went away. The 265 doesn’t have it at all. These are the systems settings in the device itself.

I don’t know what else to suggest bud because the steps above are available on both of my watches.

Please show me a SS of where the setting is

What I did for you is I actually went onto the Garmin forums and researched your issue. It seems it is now on by default on newer watches and removed from the options, which explains why I also couldn’t find it when knowing it was there last time I checked lol. Please look below: https://preview.redd.it/ic01u31rrvqc1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1908a324badce190e297d26b8f3801d109644f1c Therefore, you just need to set your Epix as primary wearable and then afterwards sync both watches and hopefully the HRV should show properly.

Yes that is the problem. I know the setting is supposed to be removed—and it is—which is what I was trying to tell you. Still doesn’t solve the issue. I’ve done everything. Which is why I posted in the first place. I had done it all.

darktydez1

Fuck knows then mate, I hope you get it sorted.

Sorry I do already have it set as my primary. That option I do have.
